    Das Appartement liegt sehr gut, nah zur Metro und auch das Viertel ist schön, mit vielen netten Restaurants. Die Einrichtung ist grundsätzlich schön, aber leider schon etwas verlebt. Toaster und Fernseher gingen nicht und die Spülmaschine macht nicht sauber.. war dennoch ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

    Positive: No comment Negative: Odeur de renfermé dès notre entrée dans l'appartement. De nombreuses moisissures dans toutes les pièces de l'appartement ( salon, chambre et WC ) sur les murs et tout autour des fenêtres. Le rideau de la chambre abîmé ne permettait pas de le tirer convenablement. Le lave vaisselle n'était pas débarrassé à notre arrivé, Il avait tourné mais cela sentait mauvais lorsque nous l'avons ouvert. Elle était mal lavée.

    Abbiamo trascorso uno splendido fine settimana a Parigi. L'appartamento è comodo, facilmente accessibile (piano terra), tutto bianco e funzionale. Ai bambini è piaciuto moltissimo il letto sul soppalco, mentre la camera per i genitori è ampia e confortevole, il che permette a una famiglia di distribuirsi bene negli spazi. Manca un tavolo per pranzare, ma siamo sempre stati fuori! Raccomando calorosamente.

    No communication with owner and poor communication with "middleman" management company. You should be aware of: 1-CLEANLINESS Was told place needed to be cleaned so no early check in. Okay, but was it cleaned? Apparently not. Later that evening, a group of confused and sordid characters showed up and said they had to clean. What? We were sleeping settled in and did not want to be disturbed nor robbed. Oddly they claimed they had clean towels and linens with them and could have at least given them to us, but did not. This odd group pretty much disappeared into the night ( never to be heard from again)... So because they left we had nothing but dirty towels and sheets. So we asked HostnFly several times via email and phone with VRBO to get us clean linens and no response. It was as if they refused to address their mistake and fix the situation. 2-BLACK MOLD Walked around and noticed black on several walls. Took pics. The images alarmed VRBO so much, they told us to leave the premises immediately once they saw them. Additionally, VRBO got us into a hotel with clean linens and no mold. Conclusion: HostnFly is horrible and I am surprised they are in business. They do not care, are unresponsive and there is rampant stupidity and apathy amongst staffers. Con artists perhaps? I made a serious mistake in booking this as HostnFly was involved.

    Nice and comfortable appartment with all necessary equipment for a city trip stay. Clean, cosy and perfect location. Accross the street a supermarket, several restaurants in the close area and also different Metro stations within a 5 min. walking distance. We enjoyed it very much.

Negative: Перед заселением связались с управляющей компанией и ответственным за наше поселение с просьбой заехать пораньше, т.к. прилетели в 10:00. Нам сообщили что, как только Апартаменты будут готовы нам сообщат. Мы приехали в 14:00 (заезд в 16:00) и так как нам никто ничего не написал решили попробовать заселиться. Ключи были уже на месте и Апартаменты оказались уже убраны, но нам так никто ничего и не сообщил. Были очень уставшие с дороги и такое отношение со стороны персонала не очень приятно. Так же в описании заявлено 2 спальни, по факту 2я «спальня» это второй этаж-подиум под потолком, расстояние до которого от матраса катастрофически мало, спать там не возможно, но есть раскладной диван в гостиной, которым мы и воспользовались. Одеяла и подушки уже не в очень хорошем состоянии.

    Positive: The location was great and the safety of the apartment was good. It was spacious. Negative: The communication with the office was managing the reservation was awful. The way of communication of booking was also very difficult. They were sending me many messages every day for things that were already arranged. They claimed for a deposit that we didn’t even have seen at the reservation. And after all these messages when we arrived we didn’t have the codes for entering to the apartment. What a mess! We were calling to the office to find the codes to enter to the apartment. The apartment was extremely dirty!! Mold in the bedroom. Mold in the bathroom! Mold in every window and in a mattress bellow our bed and behind our bed. If you have asthma you totally avoid it! The carpet was so dirty, that the knees of my kid became gray. Please clean the f apartment. It’s not that difficult 😞 after the second day the shower drain was blocked. Imagine taking a shower after a long day in a floor with mold and water everywhere. The shutters of the bedroom didn’t open. I didn’t relaxed at all. I don’t recommend it.

    Positive: Nic w tym apartamencie Negative: Apartament Nice Apt in Nation to najgorszy apartament w jakim byliśmy. Całe mieszkanie jest zagrzybione. W sypialni jest grzyb na całej wysokości okna, przy listwie podłogowej. Szafa w sypialni bardzo brudna a z sufitu odpada tynk. Nie działa również roleta w sypialni i nie można otworzyć okna. W salonie przy oknie rośnie okropny grzybek i przy listwie również. Zmywarka w kuchni brudna niesłychanie. Pod lodówką znajduje się olbrzymia tektura, która wygląda ohydnie. W toalecie odpada ściana i wszędzie jest wilgoć i mnóstwo czarnego kurzu. Odnośnie kontaktu z obiektem można go nazwać jednym słowem - beznadzieja. Po wysłaniu zdjęć do obiektu brak jakiegokolwiek zainteresowania. Zostaliśmy odesłani do opiekuna, który nie raczył nawet odebrać telefonu po obejrzeniu zdjęć. Chcieliśmy się przenieść ale bezskutecznie! Odradzam ten lokal bezwzględnie! Mam nadzieję, że usuną ich z portalu booking, gdyż ta kwatera zagraża zdrowiu użytkowników! Dołączamy piękną relację foto z pobytu i gdyby nie ten cholerny lokal nasz wyjazd byłby cudowny! Nie rezerwujcie tego lokalu nie warto za żadne pieniądze!

    Positive: Es wurde versucht das Beste aus der Wohnung zu machen. Sie war sehr sicher und die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Es hatte praktische Geräte wie Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee. Sehr ruhige Lage. Super W-Lan und TV. Genügend Tücher verhandeln für 4 Personen. Negative: Es war eher eine feuchte Wohnung und an einzelnen Stellen wie im z.B. WC löste sich der Wandverputz. Der Storen im Schlafzimmer war kaputt und konnte nicht hochgelassen werden. Der Frühstückstisch sehr klein. Im einen Schrank vom Schlafzimmer Staub. Keine Lüftung im WC und Dusche.

    Positive: Ruhiges, gut ausgestattetes, citynahes Apt. in einem sympathischen Viertel. Geräumige Wohnung. Es war alles da, was man brauchte (alle nötigen Geräte, genug Toilettenpapier, Pflegemittel, Fön, Kaffee usw.) Aber....... Negative: .... man darf Gästen kein Apt. mit starkem Schimmelbefall anbieten, z.B. hinter dem Doppelbett, den Gardinen, im WC.... Das ist gesundheitsschädlich, also hoch gefährlich! Der Rolladen im Schlafraum ließ sich zudem nicht öffnen. Also: schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

En réalité il y a 1 chambre (avec une fenêtre dont le volet est bloqué, impossible d’ouvrir)et une mezzanine: juste la place d’un lit 140(on ne peut pas être assis sur le lit sans toucher le plafond) Le manque de vaisselles, et d’équipement.

    Positive: . Negative: We were unable to stay at the apartment even though we booked for 3 nights. The apartment was extremely mouldy and affected the health of 2 out of 3 of us who had asthma. We checked out first thing in the morning and asked for a refund.

  131. Un sitio genial para visitar París con buenas comunicaciones de transporte público.

    Positive: Un espacio muy bien distribuido. Una cama doble en un altillo,otra doble en la habitación y un sofá cama individual. El wc está separado de la ducha y el lavabo por lo que es más práctico. Tiene persianas de manivela, cafetera nexpresso, lavavajillas y nevera pequeña. Ubicado a 5 min. del metro y el Rer. Rodeado de establecimientos de comida y restaurantes exóticos. Un carrefour frente a la puerta. Negative: Pocos armarios. Asegurarse antes de llegar al apartamento que te informen de los dos códigos diferentes para cruzar la valla de la urbanización y el portal y además el de la caja con combinación que tiene la llave para entrar en el apartamento. Nos dieron los dos primeros antes de aterrizar pero el de la puerta tuvimos que esperar un rato por un descuido.

    Positive: Lokalizacja, super ideale połączenie zarówno z lotniskiem jak i atrakcjami. Negative: Apartament niestety ale trochę zaniedbany, sprzątanie '' powierzchowne'', ale największy problem to za grzybienie. Wystarczy usunąć problem odmalować i zmienić firmę odpowiadającą za czystość.

    Positive: A localização é muito boa, perto do metro, restaurantes e principalmente o Carrefour em frente. O apartamento é silencioso e não tivemos dificuldade em achar a chave. O chuveiro é ótimo. Todos itens básicos, como a máquina de lavar louça, cafeteira, aquecedores não faltou nada. Negative: A televisão não funcionou, enviamos MSG mais não responderam, acho que a TV é só pra compor a decoração. A limpeza fica a desejar, muito mofo nas janelas e poeira nos móveis. Podia melhorar.

    Positive: Appartment is located close to public transportation and to shopping facilities. We felt very secure in and outside. Kitchen utensils and equipment were available but not stored well. And honestly for the price compared with other offers our choice was good at all. Negative: Appartment size is fine for a couple alone or with a kid. All 3 beds not effectively usable: Additional bed sheets/ linen not applicable at appartment, just bed linen for two beds available (in our case our booking was for three person, therefore a third bed linen was expected to be available). Bed on higher level not very comfortable for adults as the ceiling is very low and space between ceiling and bed is very limited Kitchen utensils and equipment were available but not stored well Items such as toilet paper, kitchen paper in small quantities available and dishwashing detergent / detergent not available at all. Most of appartment I have booked provided those their own.

    Positive: Nous avons beaucoup aimé le quartier proche des lignes de métro et la présence d'un supermarché juste en face. L’appartement est très calme, bien équipé, spacieux et très bien décoré. Le lit en mezzanine est parfait pour des enfants, ils étaient très content de dormir dans ce petit espace. Negative: No comment

Mi-au cerut pentru doua nopti 230 de euro cu care am fost deacord si chiar am platit...dar inainte de sejur mi-au cerut un fel de garantie de 250 de euro care cica i-asi fi primit inapoi daca totul era in regula dupa ce plecam. Mie mi s-a parut asta cam comic si nu am vrut sa le dau garantia asa ca am renuntat la rezervare dar ...ha ha ha...iarasi comic ...au spus ca ma costa totusi 155 de euro. Asadar am pierdut 155 de euro pentru ca am renuntat. Va sfatuiesc sa nu va legati la cap cu aceasta firma.

    Positive: la location du appartement et la relation qualité-prix, si on voit la moyenne de prix autour de Paris. Le Check-in était super simple et le host a toujours été très aimable. Negative: Il y a quelques problèmes avec la chasse d’eau et la douche n’était pas très chaude, la température maximale était tiède.

    Positive: La situation, la grandeur de l'appartement, la propreté. Il est calme (on entend un peu le métro mais c'est tout à fait acceptable). L'accueil courtois et agréable. Negative: Beaucoup d'informations reçues par mail : pas moins de 15 pour seulement une nuit ! Entre le retrait/dépôt des clés, le calage de l'heure d'arrivée (finalement non respecté car ménage retardé de 45 min), le dépôt de garantie...

    Positive: No comment Negative: We had to wait for 1 hour before we could check in because apparently the previous tenants had left such a mess, HOSTNFLY were not willing to replace our lost hour and add it onto our check out time, no budging from them so they were quite happy for us to be inconvenienced.. After numerous emails with a huge amount of lies from hostnfly inbetween chasing a missing duvet - there are three beds listed - we were categorically informed that there were only two duvets because the apartment sleeps 4 and that it was basically tough. We are a family with 18 and 20 year old children, again 3 beds listed which is why I rented the apartment. Really shoddy and care less customer service so consider another rental company and host.

    Positive: Très bon emplacement. Très calme et sûr Negative: Manque de linge de toilette et propreté très relative des draps fournis (tache et pas de draps de dessous seulement des housses de couettes, pas de torchons). Pas de réserve de papier toilette. Matelas du lit de la chambre mériterait d'être changé. Les lits n'étaient pas faits quand nous sommes arrivés
