  11. Stay away. They don't care about the safety and health of the guests.

    Positive: The location is good. Nice neighborhood, easy metro access, good grocery and restaurant options nearby. Negative: I had read the previous reviews and knew that this place wasn’t going to be the Hilton, but how bad can it be. Well, let me tell you. The place The entire living space is grubby — dirty walls, stains from water damage, peeling paint, hasty cleaning job. All of this was expected and would have been okay. But then there was the bathroom. When we tried to open the drawer under the sink it fell apart, exposing a bunch of rotting wood which someone had tried to cobble back together with glue. The whole bathroom was smelling really bad because there was a ton of mold at the bottom and the sides of the shower. Mold is a real health hazard, so this is just not okay, even for a relatively cheap place. You can’t help breathing the musty moldy air all night. It also shows just how little this place is cleaned. Also, the fridge wasn’t properly closing. The door of the fridge was attached to the inside of a cabinet. If you close the cabinet doors you close the fridge. But the closing mechanism didn’t work, so the refrigerator door was left ajar inside of the cabinet door. The fridge was not keeping our food cold and leaving huge puddles on the floor. By the last day it was also starting to smell really bad in the fridge. Another mold nursery in the apartment. Penicillin, anyone? Customer Service I contacted customer service, but they weren't helpful at all. It was one deferral tactic after another -- can you please send pictures, then not responding, after me nudging they wanted more pictures. Eventually they said that they weren’t actually able to help me at all and that I needed to get in touch with a local team of caretakers. At this point I had been communicating with customer service for 36 hours (and had probably spent an hour all together texting, sending photos, etc.), and only then did it occur to them that they weren't even the ones to talk to. We never got any help and in the end they said that I was going to get a 5% refund. They could have kept that.

    Positive: Proximidade da estação do metro Negative: Geladeira com defeito, derramando água no piso, não conservava os alimentos, ficaram de consertar e não fizeram! Jarra elétrica com defeito (Deixei outra no local). Cheiro forte de cigarro na chegada! Faltava uma cadeira (éramos 4). Informações para receber as chaves vieram com atraso (1 hora esperando para entrar no ap).

  15. Good apartment but our booking was lost and we had to wait hours after the agreed check-in time

    Positive: The apartment itself was great for a short stay with friends. Close to the metro. Comfortable beds. Negative: We had to wait several hours after the agreed check-in time since the host had lost (?) our booking. Someone else was in the apartment when we arrived. Took several phone calls and messages to straighten out the issue.

  21. Problemi con il deposito cauzionale. Peccato perchè si tratterebbe di una discreta soluzione.

    Positive: Ci sarebbero anche degli aspetti positivi ma il comportamento del proprietario ha rovinato tutto! Negative: Il proprietario ha ingiustamente addebitato 180€ sulla carta di credito utilizzata per il deposito cauzionale. La motivazione è stata che ha trovato un lavandino intasato mentre noi avevamo lasciato l'appartamento in perfette condizioni e tutti gli scarichi hanno sempre funzionato bene.

    Positive: La posizione, la comunicazione con il titolare, i negozi intorno alla struttura, la metro... la stazione in zona si chiama Riquet. c'è una panetteria che fa un pane buonissimo vicino alla struttura, io la suggerisco davvero, si chiama Artisan Boulanger. C'è il supermercato Casino dove i prezzi sono come gli altri supermercati, la media è la stessa praticamente. Un consiglio: dopo le 21 di sera le casse sono Fai da te e accettano solo Carta. Ma si mantiene aperto fino alla mezzanotte. Negative: C'è un po' di barboni in giro di sera, poi la struttura è un po' piccola per quattro persone, ci sta per un massino di due persone, non ci sono tanti attrezzi per la cucina, c'è un po' di cose rotte, necessita un intervento.

    Positive: Bardzo blisko metra, wszystko dobrze ustalone i opisane w sprawie odbioru kluczy. Bezpieczny system kaucji Negative: Mieszkanie zdecydowanie wymaga remontu. Bardzo zimno i wilgotno, grzyb na ścianach i pod prysznicem. Jedno okno pęknięte, szafki zniszczone. Wracałyśmy tylko na noc, mieszkanie nie zachęca w ogóle do spędzania czasu w ciągu dnia.

    Positive: O local é bom, a estrutura boa, bastante confortável, nada a reclamar sobre o espaço em si. Negative: A comunicação apesar de rápida na maioria das vezes e bastante educada, era totalmente inflexível. Muita burocracia e exigencias que não são comunicadas claramente. Meu calção de 250 euros que de acordo com o booking deveria ser devolvido uma semana depois ainda não foi devolvido e já se passaram 18 dias! Contava com esse dinheiro para pagar o cartão deste mês. Estou bastante insatisfeita com isso. Quero meu dinheiro de volta!

    Positive: La posizione è fantastica, quartiere tranquillo con bar e ristoranti a due passi dalla metro n.7 e dal canale. Per il tempo che abbiamo trascorso in appartamento, giusto per riposarci e dormire, la dimensione è passabile. Negative: Per la pulizia si potrebbe fare di più visto le dimensioni dell'appartamento. Manca pentolame almeno una casseruola più grande per fare un piatto di pasta sarebbe gradito. E infine una sistemata alle luci.

Molto buono il rapporto qualità prezzo visti i prezzi medi di Parigi. Noi eravamo in 4 (tra cui un bimbo di 5 mesi) ed era un po' al limite (ma per visitare la città andava benissimo), in 2 o 3 l'appartamento è top, ha tutto il necessario, funzionale e comodo. Negative: Un po' di trascuratezza nell'arredamento e nella cura dei mobili. Bagno un po' piccolo.

    Positive: Lokacija objekta perfektna ,prodavnice,parkovi,restorani ,kafici a najbolje od svega sto je metro stanica na 50 metara. Cist fin studio u prizemlju veoma pre svega bezbedne, kvalitetne i lepe zgrade u mirnom i lepom naselju.Dobra komunikacija sa domacinima ,veoma jasna uputstva za cekiranje Negative: Dosta po meni nepotrebne komunikacije koja po malo opterecuje,zahtevan depozit sa kreditne kartice nekoliko dana pred dolazak.Mada na kraju sve ispalo korektno.

    Positive: La posizione vicinissima alla metro 7. La disponibilità dello Staff, come é stato arredato l'appartamento, davvero molto accogliente e funzionale. Avendo anche una piccola cucina per una famiglia era molto efficiente. Nella camera erano tutto a disposizione molto comoda. Negative: Non m'é piaciuto che erano presenti solo tre sedie visto che erano al corrente del soggiorno di 4 persone. Per il resto molto soddisfatti.

    Positive: Good localization close to the subway station Negative: The apartment was untidy and with bad smell inside. A lot of moist and mold on the walls and spiderweb at the lamps. The bathroom poorly equipment with bad smell. The apartment requires at least cleaning, if not refurbishing before renting out. Not recommended for more that 2 people as this is a very small apartment ( there are beds available for up to 4 people but no space to even move).

Très bon séjour , confort correct , donnant sur une petite cour très agréable.   103. Nous avons passé de très bons moments en dehors de l'appartement (spectacles, expositions, ...) !!!

    Positive: No comment Negative: Le nombre excessif de messages qui finit par lasser et qu'on ne lit plus (jusqu'à 4 messages par jour), sans compter les messages qui nous informent qu'on a reçu un message !! Prise de tête pour établir l'état des lieux d'entrée et de sortie en l'absence d'inventaire, sans possibilité de compléter au fur et à mesure des découvertes. Nous n'avons pas apprécié de découvrir des traces de moisissure cachées par un meuble détérioré et les rideaux (difficiles à tirer pour ouvrir les fenêtres très sales) Le manque de vaisselle mis à disposition pour un logement pouvant accueillir 4 personnes (une seule toute petite casserole, une seule toute petite poêle, etc...)

    Positive: Skvelé ubytovanie za dobrú cenu, kuchyňa bola vybavená kanvicou, mikrovlnkou, varnou doskou a potrebným riadom nie je čo vytknúť. Kúpeľňa čistá, pri príchode nás čakali balíčky (šampón, sprchovací gél, ...) Postele boli pohodlné. Wi-fi funkčná taktiež aj TV, nábytok ako nový a celkovo bola všade čistota. V blízkosti ubytovania (cca. 100metrov) stanica metra Riquet, taktiež je tu skvelá a chutná pekáreň, predajňa potravín tu tiež nechýba, Prostredie hodnotím kladne. Určite by sme sa sem s rodinou vrátili 👍👌. Negative: No comment

    Positive: La ubicación, a 150 metros de la parada de metro, en una zona que tenia servicios cerca como restaurantes, supermercados, etc. Negative: Lo peor ha sido la limpieza. Fuimos con niños y debajo del sofá cama habia preservativos sin usar tirados por el suelo. El baño huele a cañería, y esta pegado a la habitación, lo que hace la estancia muy desagradable. En la cocina paquetes de cpmida abiertos de anteriores huespedes. Además acceder a las llaves el dia de la llegada es realmente complejo, multitud de indicaciones y nadie con quien contactar cuando tienes un problema. Sin duda, sería un sitio al que no volvería ni recomendaría

  139. Watch out! Great location but owners do not care about the guests

    Positive: Location of the "apartment" is very well: close to the Basin de la Vilette where You can watch people playing in the park, bring Your children on the playground (we travelled with 2), underground station Riquet is just minutes walking distance away - You can reach the center of Paris within 20minutes ride. Shops and boulangerie are on the main Street also just minutes away. Negative: Apartment seemed not to be prepared AT ALL for hosting the guests. Pictures do not show the way how it is furnished. We arrived and the sofa was incomplete - the cover for one pillow was having a hole inside... The "staff member" replaced it the other day but impression remained. Very untidy place, 15 Minutes cleaning would make a job. Floor elements were incomplete, holders in the bathroom were moving. We travelled in late September, what was the most striking thing were cold nights - temperature dropped easily below 15 degrees in the room. There was no electric heating provided - and for reminder: the travelled with 2 small children what the owner knew. Cutlery and plates seemed untidy, too. Very big MINUS!!!

Mir wurde gesagt, dass angeblich die Unterkunft storniert wurde (2 Stunden vor unserer Ankunft, die Nachricht habe ich erst gelesen, wo wir bereits IN der Wohnung waren) weil die Matratze geklaut wurde. Ich habe, bevor wir in die Wohnung reingangen sind, mit dem Concierge ein Video Chat gehabt, weil ich den Schlüssel nicht gefunden habe. Er hat mir NICHTS davon gesagt, dass die Wohnung aussieht wie schei*e und dass angeblich eine Matratze verschwunden ist. Hat uns für Blöd verkauft und einfach da reinlaufen lassen. Als ich ihm dann die Fotos geschickt habe, sagte er mir, dass die Unterkunft für uns ja sowieso storniert wurde und weil die Matratze geklaut wurde, die Reinigungsfirma noch nicht da war. Die Story macht also vorne und hinten keinen Sinn. Schaut euch die Bilder an, die sprechen für sich.

    Positive: Même si nous n'avons pas rencontré personnellement le propriétaire, nous avons été agréablement surpris par son professionnalisme, sa cordialité et sa ponctualité. Intégration et restitution des lieux, sans la moindre encombre. Negative: Petite frayeur avec HostNFly qui nous a contacté à la dernière minute avant l'intégration des lieux pour nous avertir à tort que notre paiement n'était pas passé et qu'il nous serait impossible d'accéder à l'hébergement. Tout s'est bien terminé, une fois que nous avons changé d'interlocuteur chez HostNFly.

  163. if you book this for 4 people it will be very very tight and you will have ZERO space for walking.

    Positive: The apartment is directly on the pink line going straight to the downtown. Great location for tourists. Very good communication and responsiveness with the designated contact for this booking. Negative: 1. Humidity - there was approx. 90% humid in the apartment due to missing fan. 2. Missing fan - after shower the apartment will become 100% humid as there is no outside vent. 3. Mold - due to missing fan and high humidity the mold is growing fast. 4. Windows - the apartment has 4 entrance doors and keys keys but windows are on a sub ground level so anyone can "walk" into your apartment anytime if you leave windows open. Leaving windows open also does not help the humidity and air quality. I would recommend installing iron net on the windows so guests could leave the window open. 5. Security - as we were exiting metro station at 8pm ( summer ) with our kids there was a fight between local individuals who stand around metro station the whole day. Approx 5-10 folks , looking at you as you leave and enter the metro. I would not recommend night commute here. did not feel safe during the day. 6. Bathroom - is bad , very bad. the owner probably did not pay enough the contract workers and they made a revenge in form of very bad job. Pitty, it could be a day job to fix it all. Not clear what is the owner is waiting for.

    Positive: I letti erano molto comodi Negative: La pulizia, nel frigo e sui mobili c'erano cose lasciate, immagino, da precedenti ospiti. Nel frigo c era latre di mandorla parto con un rimasuglio oltre a passata di pomodoro ed altre cose. Non c era il sapone dei piatti e alcune razze messe nel mobile erano sporche. Il bagno era vecchio ma pulito.

    Positive: Situado en una zona con mucha vida, al lado del canal. A 50 metros de la parada de metro. Muchas tiendas y lavanderías cerca. Negative: La infinidad de mails que envían para co firmar la estancia. La limpieza al llegar y distribución del mobiliario mejorable.

  175. Unglaublich schlecht!! Schmutzig. Sofa zerrissen. Kaum Ausstattung. Keine fähigen Ansprechpartner.

    Positive: Die Lage ist nett, sehr nah am Kanal. Negative: Die Wohnung war total verschmutzt. Die benutzte Bettwäsche und die Handtücher der Vormieter lagen herum. Tassen nicht gespühlt, Toilette verdreckt. Das Sofa aufgerissen. Wir haben erstmal zwei Stunden geputzt und dann ohne Bettdecken geschlafen und gefroren. Zum Gück hatten wir noch eine Decke im Auto. Die Versuche der Kontaktaufnahme mit Hostyfly waren eine Katastrophe. Ich habe unendlich viele Nachrichten geschrieben und mehrmals versucht anzurufen. Erst als ich einen "Fall" über booking.com eröffnet habe, hat sich etwas bewegt. Am darauffolgenden Tag ist eine Person heimlich in die Wohnung, ohne uns Bescheid zu geben und hat die alte Bettwäsche mitgenommen und EIN neues Set für drei Personen hingelegt. Aber wir hatten uns schon eine Decke gekauft.... Aber offensichtlich wurde nichts entwendet. Unglaublich schlecht!! Hostyfly eben.

    Positive: No comment Negative: Er moest een borg betaald worden van € 250,00 die met een speciale toegestuurde link met een kredit kaart betaald moest worden die alle kredit kaarten die ik in mijn bezit heb (8 kredit kaarten) weigerde terwijl ik met al mijn kredit kaarten op andere bestemmingen zoals in winkels, restaurants en benzine tankstations gewoon met met kredit kaart kon betalen. Wij komen uit Indonesie en het blijkt dus dat kredit kaarten uit Indonesie niet geaccepteerd worden bij de organisatie van het appartement. Op 25 April de dag van aankomst was de borg nog niet betaald en ik had toen om een Iban rekening nummer gevraagd waar ik uiteindelijk de borg wel kon betalen. Dus een heel gedoe wat ook veel tijd in beslag nam. Aangekomen bij het appartement ook een hele toestand om aan de sleutels te komen. Uiteindelijk kwam ik een dame tegen die toevallig naast het appartement woonde waar wij verbleven die ons geholpen heeft. Eenmaal binnen in het appartement troffen wij in de keuken etensresten aan in een zak op het aanrecht in de keuken. In een van de keukenkasten was een bestekbak terwijl op het aanrecht een mandje stond met bestek was afgewassen wat niet was opgeruimd in de bestek bak in een van de keukenkasten. De koelkast was niet schoon en het vriesvak vol met ijsvorming. Ijsvorming is te voorkomen wanneer een vriesvak regelmatig wordt schoongemaakt. Het appartement wordt verhuurd en dan hoort dat schoon te zijn. Voor de wifi die was toegezegd totaal geen informatie op welk netwerk er moet worden ingelogd en ook geen paswoord. Wij waren met 4 personen. Er was een twee persoons bed wat erg klein was en een slaap bank. Er moest gezogd worden naar het linnengoed voor de slaapbank wat in een kast was met allerlei andere troep en de lakens voor de slaapbank was niet eens gestreken en niet kon zien of het schoon was. De badkamer toilet en wastafel schoon alleen om te douchen een kleine douchecabine waar je amper kan draaien en het douchegordijn gewoon vies.

  185. Buena ubicación pero mucha falta de limpieza y no cumplimiento de hora entrega de llaves

    Positive: La ubicación es lo único positivo. Negative: El horario de entrada era a las 15:00h y a las 15:30h entramos y había dos personas haciendo la cama pero no habían limpiado nada , les exigimos q era la hora de entrar e hicieron la cama corriendo prácticamente. Desde luego limpieza e higiene no había. Me tocó limpiar.

    Positive: Un petit bout de jardin Du calme La proximité du métro, du canal de l'Ourcq et des commerces Negative: Moisissure dans la salle de bain Certains meubles sont délabrés Intérieur meuble salle-de-bain à ne pas regarder Matériel de cuisine dépareillé et incomplet Enfin nous avons eu la surprise de ne trouver ni draps de lit ni serviette de toilette ni savon et shampoing à notre arrivée pourtant cela était convenu à l'avance. Après de nombreuses appels à la société de conciergerie nous n'avons obtenu que la moitié des draps et avons dû acheter une couette pour ne pas avoir froid. Nous avons aussi du nous faire prêter des serviettes de toilette puisque celles-ci n'ont jamais été livrées par la société de conciergerie. Tous ces déboires ont rendu notre séjour dans l'appartement plus que moyens ce qui justifie la note que nous donnons. Nous ne comprenons pas tous les avis positifs sur ce logement. Nous devons tout de même préciser qu'après avoir demandé compensation pour les dommages occasionnés à de multiples reprises nous avons finalement obtenu un remboursement de 10 % ainsi que les frais de couette

    Positive: l’appartement est vraiment joli et très très bien situé. la station de métro est à 5min à pied. il y a tout ce qu’il faut comme équipements Negative: Le nettoyage n’a pas été bien fait. je l’ai signalé au propriétaire qui a pris note. il était très à l’écoute et disponible alors je ne me fais pas de soucis pour les prochaines fois ✅ le matelas était un peu dure je trouve attention un chat est entré dans l’appartement par la fenêtre, fermez donc les volets au cas où
