  5. Excellent location to stay in Paris.

    Positive: The location is great, it's in a very lovely neighborhood with lots of restaurants around. Supermarkets and patisseries are just around the corner. The place is very good for a family. There are two beds and one sofa bed. The place is comfy and is in a safe area to walk around even at night. Negative: No comment

  7. Cramped quarters, with limited access.

    Positive: This neighborhood is within easy access to bussing and the Paris Metro. There are a number of decent restaurants nearby, including a pâtisserie and boulangerie. The internet WIFI access within the unit was fast and secure. The linen, towels, dishes, cutlery were all very clean, as were the rooms upon our arrival. We felt quite safe when walking though the neighborhood at night to return to the unit. Negative: This unit has been converted to its present configuration where the only access is through a back door via a triangular courtyard within the building. The primary purpose of the courtyard appears to be to hold trash and recycling bins for building tenants. There was once was a front entrance to this unit, but steel plates now cover the exterior wall, (please see the attached photo), with the main bedroom on the inside. A wall mounted television is awkwardly situated next to the back door. The only window for this unit is one over the door to the courtyard. There is no secondary means of egress in the event of an emergency. Your only way out of this unit is through the door leading to the courtyard. The shower room and toilet, while next to one another, are separate. The bedroom is on the main floor, where there is access to a small loft overhead containing a mattress. The garbage, recycling bins, and unwanted furniture that we found continually piled up in and around the only entrance to this suite at the end of each day were all a bit too much to take (please see the attached photo). We would move some of it out of the way to safely access and exit the unit - only to find someone would put it all back in front of the door to this unit when we returned at the end of the next day.

    Positive: Era más bien nuevo pero no merecía la pena Negative: Nos han estafado, por llegar dos horas tardes nos hicieron pagar 60€ más aparte del precio. También nos hicieron pagar una fianza de 250€ la cual nos han quitado porque dicen que “rompimos la cama” lo cual es mentira porque estaba rota ya cuando llegamos y arreglar la cama no vale 250€. De verdad, no cojáis este apartamento son unos ladrones.

    Positive: L'appartement est bien situé dans une rue pas trop bruyante. Il est tres fonctionnel et l'accès sécurisé. Negative: La literie du bas est une catastrophe, nous sommes répartis avec un bon mal de dos. Il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans l'appartement (une petite lucarne), nous sommes restés deux nuits, donc pas de soucis pour nous mais à la longue, ça peut être pesant.

  35. Satisfatório, nada mais que isso

    Positive: Localização muito boa. Há várias linhas de metrô a menos de dez minutos de caminhada. Tem um Carrefour bem perto e diversos restaurantes. A cozinha é bem equipada com fogão, frigobar e micro-ondas, mas as panelas não têm tampa (se tampa de panela é importante para você, leve essa informação em conta). Tem uma máquina de lavar roupas, mas não tem sabão para usá-la. Tivemos de comprar e acabamos deixando no apartamento o que sobrou. O wi-fi é bom. Negative: A entrada do apartamento é pelo quintal do prédio, ao lado das latas de lixo. O apartamento fica abaixo do nível da rua. A janela do quarto é no mesmo nível da calçada. São informações assustadoras pra uma cidade conhecida pela quantidade de ratos. Não vimos nada, mas passei os dias assustado com isso. O apartamento tem um quarto no mezanino onde fica um colchão (não tem altura para uma cama) e é muito pó neste lugar, parece que não foi limpo antes de entrarmos).

    Positive: La ubicación, la zona muy bien comunicada y con muchos comercios a su alrededores Negative: La demora a la hora de entregar las llaves de casi 4 horas Nos demoramos media hora en la llegada al alojamiento porque había huelga de transporte y la persona que tenía que entregarnos las llaves no esperó. Después fue imposible que nos respondiera a las llamadas. Contactamos por mensajes con Booking.com y nos facilitaron números de teléfonos que no estaban operativos o no respondían. Insistimos y nos contactó con llamada perdida una persona a la que llamamos y se mostró impaciente ante nuestra imposibilidad de comunicarnos en francés y que tampoco acudió ni nos solucionó el problema. Después de tres horas en la calle , con niños,todo el equipaje y en noviembre, helados seguimos insistiendo vía mensajes y por fin nos contacto alguien que hablaba inglés a quien pudimos expresar nuestra necesidad de que nos trajeran las llaves inmediatamente. Para colmo la entrada al alojamiento se encuentra en el deslunado donde se encuentran los contenedores de basura de la comunidad, hecho que no se refleja en las fotos del anuncio para tenerlo en cuenta a la hora de escoger este alojamiento

  43. OK for 4 people, not more (and it's a shop)

    Positive: The location is just fantastic and the owner has always been available and supportive. The apartment was equipped with all the basic kitchen furniture. Negative: This is not an apartment for 5-6 people, but for 4 maximum. Actually is not really an apartment, since it is a restructured shop: it is at the level of the street, with almost no possibility to open the window (unless you want people entering in the apartment) and the entry door is the shop back door which is accessible only through the garbage deposit area. The cleaning could have been better

    Positive: L emplacement, proche des commerces, du métro et du jardin des plantes. L accueil était très bien et l appel à la fin très agréable. Les restaurants à 5 mètres. Quartier très sympa. . Negative: Le confort du lit (une cuvette), le bruit de l extérieur dans la chambre,. Le manque de fenêtres ( une petite fenêtre au dessus de la porte)

    Positive: No comment Negative: I couldn’t manage to check in on my first day of arrival in Paris. The reason was they left the key in a laundry shop and it’ll close at 11pm but I have told the property that I’ll arrive around 11pm, and they should have a better arrangement for the key pick up location. When I called them they asked me to look for a new hotel to stay without giving us any helpful information or any near by hotel that we can go. It’s really frustrating, wouldn’t recommend if you’re arriving at late night.

    Positive: No me gustó nada, el lugar es una especie de bodega en el patio trasero de un edificio , adaptada como “departamento”. Horrible, sin luz, inhóspita y muy pequeña para 5 personas. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. Negative: Todo. Lugar frío, feo, oscuro, muy pequeño e incómodo , ubicado en un patio trasero de un edificio, al lado de unos basureros.

    Positive: The location is great, direct connection with bus, metro and train. Great location, close to restaurants, supermarkets, garden etc. There was a Washing machine in the apartment, that was really nice. Negative: The apartment is compact, during the summer its very hot inside. It's need ventilation. There wasn't any ventilator or AC in the apartment. We couldn't make our instant koffie we brought because there wasn't a waterkoker in the apartment.

    Positive: if I could say something positive it would don’t book here as the owner refuses to rectify problems whatsoever. Try CITIDINE in Paris not this place . Negative: Let’s explain what’s WRONG ON ARRIVAL : Sent to wrong Paris Address to Pick Up keys (which was changed at the last moment ). No instructions for any of the appliances on arrival. Internet not working for over 24 hours and had to prompt Booking.Com and owner to fix the problem . TV not working and not connected via any box for receiving signals . This was not rectified for the entire stay . Floor dirty and dusty and not clean on arrival . No heater in the Bathroom. No Kettle to boil water . Apartment backs onto noisy street with no black out curtains against window . No Sponge for the sink or any tea towels . Overall TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY IN THE 5th District of Paris . ie CITIDINE Place D’Italie

    Positive: Property is so clean and functional although its a small apartment. Negative: The staff is hard to contact takes how many minutes before it respond. Need to pick up the key and drop thats the complicated part. Especially we are not from France and not everyone in Paris know how to speak english. They gave me false pick up key code. Thats the only hassle part.
