    Positive: El apartamento estaba bien, La ubicación nos arreglos muy bien Y está muy bien que haya conserje cuando llegas Negative: La limpieza de la vitrocerámica,llena de grasa,la jarra de la cafetera sucia ,el hervidor de agua con cosas por dentro..... Vinieron a fregar todo esto y solo fregaron la jarra de la cafetera y la vitro nada.,me dijeron que algunas cosas podían estar reyadas por el uso. No es cierto, es jabón y estropajo nanas

    Positive: No comment Negative: L'attente pour récupérer les clés (plus de 2 heures et quelques démarches téléphoniques) L'attente pour récupérer le badge du parking (gratuit) en plus de l'attente des clés Le ménage a peine fait La fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain L'incertitude pour rendre les clés (et les démarches pour savoir ce qu'il fallait faire)

  23. Too much hassle and poor customer service. Isn't cheap either.

    Positive: Location: the property is situated in a busy neighbourhood with shops and restaurants all around it. There are two nearby metro stations one on each side of the property. The nearest Auchan supermarket is a hundred or so metres away. Balcony: this one has a nice, spacious balcony to sit down and enjoy your coffee or breakfast. Kitchen: the kitchen has a dishwasher and has got almost everything of need. Parking: the underground car parking is free. Negative: God, this place is a drama! First they send you like a billion messages between booking it and going there to stay. They ask you to fill forms, upload ID proof, and a ton of other things. They even asked me if I could make a video of my ID as the photos I uploaded were apparently not clear enough! One service is checking you in and keeping all your data while another one charges your card for the security deposit, all the while that the "concierge of the hotel" is bombarding your mailbox with emails via Booking.com. Next up the day of actual stay. Once again a stream of instructions! The entire process is cumbersome and a pain in the rear. They give you three different addresses: one to collect your keys at, one to access your parking area and another one to enter the property. This is followed by a bunch of access codes for the door, the lift and the key safe. I had to keep opening the chat every time to look up the codes. Bah! And then the property itself. It's a small apartment with a double bed and another sofa bed that can sleep two more people. It was a hot weekend so we had to leave the balcony door and window open throughout the night since there was no other way to cool the rooms. But what could still have been a rather comfortable stay was marred by problems. The main mattress of the sofa bed was wet; one of the blankets was wet underneath and displayed a big wet patch; the sink in the bathroom was clogged and moments later we saw water leaking out from under it. I sent them photos of all these problems via the chat and they said they would look into it promptly. Two days passed and exactly ZERO improvements happened. So we had no choice but to stay through the inconvenience. Thanks HostnFly!

    Positive: buona posizione e appartamento decente in struttura tranquilla, letti molto comodi. vicino a mezzi pubblici e servizi. ottima la disponibilità del parcheggio non scontato a parigi Negative: pulizia decisamente scarsa e qualche problema nell'avere accesso alla struttura, host mai visto ne sentito e quando ho avuto necessità ho atteso in linea senza ottenere risposta. migliorabile

  33. Paris ist immer eine Reise wert!

    Positive: Das Gebäude liegt in einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße in einem ansprechenden und wenig touristischen Wohnviertel. Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Umgebung. Mit den beiden U-Bahn-Linien in Fußnähe sind die touristischen Zentren Paris' bequem erreichbar. Für unsere Vorstellung von Urlaub in Paris war die Lage superb! Das Appartement geht nach hinten raus ins Grüne. Die Größe des Appartement passt, die Ausstattung des Appartements ist zweckmäßig und angemessen. Ein Plus ist auch der Balkon. Negative: Schwieriger war der Kontakt zur Concierge. Wir erfuhren erst nach der Ankunft und einem umständlichen Telefonat, wie wir zum Schlüssel kommen. Auf unsere verschiedenen Mail-Anfragen, ob wir denn WLAN/ WIFI im Appartement hätten, wurde nicht reagiert. Unter dem Bett lag noch das benutzte Handtuch irgendwelcher Vorgänger. Das Geschirr haben wir erstmal in der Geschirrspülmaschine gespült, bevor wir es benutzen wollten. Es war auf den ersten Blick sauber, aber nicht auf den zweiten... Im selben Gebäude bietet Adagio Aparthotel vergleichbare Appartements an.

    Positive: Die Lage war gut ganz in der Nähe von einem Park und Metrostation. Für Familien optimal. Die Wohnung hat ein schöne großen Balkon . Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet soger Kleinigkeiten wie Salz,Kaffee, Tee...war vorhanden. Für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ist ausreichen Platz Negative: Uns hat nicht gefallen das die Wohnung nicht genug sauber war im Kühlschrank waren alte Sachen mit Schimmel. Im Bad und WC hatten wir Wasserschäden wir haben das gemeldet aber 4 Tage ist keine gekommen und wir mussten jeden Tag das ganze Wasser weg wischen. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben Flecken gehabt.
