This property was in a great location with a short walk to the metro, Luxembourg Garden, Panteon, cafes and shops. The loft is only a couple of feet tall so not possible to stand up but wonderful to have additional space for sleeping. We traveled with our two college-age children and the mattress in the loft was a big help. Check in was a little late and it would have been helpful to have somewhere earlier in the day to leave our luggage. All in all wonderful place to stay in Paris!

L'appartement est bien situé et équipé. pour 4 personnes c'est trop petit. Le lit dans la mezzazine est confortable mais ne permettait pas de s'asseoir parce que le plafond était inférieur à 50 cm. Il-y-avais quelques choses detérioré: un mirroir et un marc brisé, manque le Bouton de commande du vitro.Il y manque maintenance. Très bien les Deux Salles de bain.

A very nice apartment with lot's of space, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 large nice beds. Excellent location, with a great local small pub-sports bar next door. Poor ventilation with two fans that both did not work. Wall clocks also did not have batteries. The TV did not work.

Positive: location, clean linen, washing up liquid, tea towels, coffee machine, 2 bathrooms with showers (good when 4 of you), washing machine, microwave, crockery & glasses- made the most of space available - look at hostfly pic of apartment - will help when getting keys Negative: very little floor space (hard for 4 of you), little privacy - curtain over 1 room, slide bathroom door didnt close (need to be close people) very dusty, (cute but grubby), no coat hangers, steep steps from loft - need gripper stickers on them, very very hot - fans left on site out of order although 1 x stand up fan left working - loft bedroom very very low ceiling - needed a fan - no hanging space but lots of drawers. All easily fixable to make for a lovely apartment

Positive: prima locatie Negative: Vooraf betaald, geen refund mogelijk. Site-link om de borg te kunnen betalen gaf aan dat mijn credit card niet in orde was ondanks herhaalde pogingen (stress!). Tijdrovende tussenkomst van VISA ingeroepen waardoor bleek dat mijn account prima was. Let op: zonder borg geen toegangsinformatie waardoor tevens tijdrovende telefonische tussenkomst van Host'nFly nodig was (stress!) en borg via IBAN betaald kon worden. Borg weken na terugkomst volledig terugbetaald. Aan borgvereiste is dus niet normaal te voldoen en dit vereiste laat weken onduidelijk hoe de procedure is bij aanspreken daarvan, geen begin- noch eindinspectie laat staan vastlegging (stress!). ID-copievereiste in strijd met Europese privacy-regels, site-link om ID te sturen geeft geen ontvangst-feed-back en Host'nFly bleef ID-verzoeken herhalen (stress!). Bij aankomst via pincode toegang tot appartementencomplex met sleutelkluis. Lastig te openen, zeer duister, geen verlichting enz. Dus tel. tussenkomst Host'nFly nodig (lange wachttijd, stress!). Ingang appartement blijkt niet (zoals te verwachten valt) in het trappenhuis waar de sleutelkluis zit, maar aan de straatkant (via langdurig tel. gesprek met Host'nFly uiteindelijk gevonden (stress!). De instructie is niet expliciet genoeg en had afbeeldingen moeten bevatten. Adres bleek niet via Googlemaps te vinden wegens totale wegafsluiting. Drilboren in de vroege ochtend, aanvoer zwaar materieel in de late avond. Dit had moeten worden gecommuniceerd (stress!). Voor de deur tegen de pui voortdurend hondenplas.

Positive: L'emplacement géographique mais qui ne compense pas la piètre qualité de l'appartement et du service de conciergerie Negative: Un appartement qui ne correspond pas au descriptif : vétuste, une seule vraie chambre et un matelas posé sur une mezzanine de 90 cm de hauteur sous plafond. Un service de conciergerie inefficace qui ne prend pas en compte vos problèmes : ménage mal fait, radiateur en panne, rideaux déchirés... et une demande abusive de frais supplémentaires sans justificatif. Nous avons déposé une réclamation auprès du service clients Booking car c'est inacceptable. A fuir absolument.

Positive: The location is excellent. You can walk to Notre Dame and the local neighbourhood is good, with food shops and restaurants. Negative: This property could be great, but everything is cheap. It was very dirty, with thick dust everywhere. There was not enough bed linen and the duvets were filthy. We messaged the host, but he never answered. There is no door to the bedroom, just a dusty curtain. You can only just sit up in bed in the second bedroom. The crockery is a limited, cheap and doesn’t match.

Positive: De locatie en omgeving is uitstekend. De badkamers prima en keuken ook. Veel winkeltjes en restaurantjes in de buurt, en natuurlijk Jardin du Lux. Negative: Ons bezoek werd erg beïnvloed door de temperatuur in het appartement. De buiten temperatuur lag overdag tussen de 28 en 34 graden (niet uitzonderlijk voor Parijs uiteraard), en het appartement werd eigenlijk te warm om in de nacht in te kunnen slapen (warmer dan buiten). Er was 1 klein raam ter ventilatie. Er stond 1 ventilator die niet werkte. We hebben de bovenverdieping met bed geheel niet gebruikt en de kinderen op de slaapbank gelegd. Maar het was nog steeds erg warm en onrustig. Schoonmaak was basaal gedaan: vloer, badkamer etc prima maar op alle riggels en plinten lag veel stof en ook wat haren.

Positive: Emplacement idéal pour graviter autour du Panthéon. Negative: Le harcèlement de mails pour demander une caution de 250€, des renseignements en 4 exemplaires et enfin de ne pas répondre le jour J au téléphone fourni. De plus, pas de drap pour le convertible. Je plains les étrangers qui choisissent cet hébergement qui mise essentiellement sur son emplacement.
