Just little attention was needed for this appointment to be good: properly cleaning it, sorting out baddig!
Positive: Apartment is located in tower on 27 floor has really good view.. Negative: Apartment was quiet unclean, dusty curtains not clean for long time, hands prints all over windows, old pillows where yellow meant to be white we where covering them with our t-shirts to sleep on them..

Positive: The view was amazing. It was really nice that as we were 3 people two beds were prepared for us. Contact with owner was ok. Prize was deciding aspect for us choosing an apartment for stay in Paris and it was suitable. Most of needed stuff were there Negative: There was no hairdryer as it was written in the offer. In general apartment could be more clean and adjusted for a visit of guests. Also for October and later months there should be at least a blanket, not only bed sheet as during nights it was cold even when we switched on heating. Also it would be nice to have a kettle to boil water for tea, we had to use a kitchen pot. The apartment itself is more Airbnb style.

Excellent place in nice neighborhood
Positive: Nice clean smallish apartment high up with a fantastic view south over the city, including the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur. Was lovely having a washing machine and dryer and a stove for cooking. Made us able to cut down a bit on the food budget, being able to make breakfast “at home” and sometimes dinner if having an early night in. There are two metro stations pretty close by, Raquet and Laumière, on two different lines. There’s also a bus. We really enjoyed the neighborhood of the 19th arrondissement. It felt culturally diverse and real and not very touristy at all. There’s a nice “beach” area set up on the bank of the seine close by where you can go swimming and where people play boule and other similar activities. Theres restaurants and small shops and bakeries etc all over the place. As a family we felt safe walking home from the metro even at night (exception: around Stalingrad station around midnight felt sketchy). The locals were friendly and helpful when for example the no 7 line shut down temporarily and we, in a hurry, had to find some other way of making an appointed time. Negative: There’s a projector where you can hook up your own device if it has an hdmi output although the sound (coming from the projector itself) isn’t great. Would probably have preferred to have a real tv to watch stuff to wind down at night. Still I guess we’re not in Paris to watch tv. Anyway, this seems like a minor quibble in context.

Positive: No comment Negative: J’ai oublié un objet le propriétaire n’a pas daigné le retrouver alors que j’ai laissé l’appartement plus que propre et l’objet en évidence dans la chambre. Par ailleurs ma caution ne m’as toujours pas été rendue et personne ne répond. L’appartement est génial mais la manière de gérer du propriétaire est à revoir au plus vite et pour le mieux.

Betaalbaar fijn appartement met adembenemend uitzicht over Parijs!
Positive: Het uitzicht maakte alles goed. Adembenemend! Fantastisch! Hygiëne kan iets beter (open pakken eten in kastjes, bad niet echt schoon) maar dit was niet storend. Je overziet heel Parijs en veel bezienswaardigheden (oa Eiffeltoren, Sacré Coeur,.....). Fijn dat er verschillende kruiden ed in keukenkastjes liggen om te gebruiken. Fijn dat er een wasmachine en droger is. Ruimtelijke inrichting, netjes, praktisch. Heel fijn bed en verduisterde gordijnen. Lekker stil appartement omdat je op grote hoogte zit dus het geluid vd stad vele malen minder hoort. Met metro 30min vanaf centrum. Negative: De communicatie: vooraf booking.com gebeld en hostnfly want ik ontving de checkin info niet. Na contact wel, maar check in info klopte niet: er was geen kluisje bij Ibis voor de sleutel maar je moet er gewoon om vragen bij de receptie. We kregen een hele bos sleutels mee (waarvan we er maar 1 gebruikt hebben tijdens verblijf). Aangekomen bij het toegangshek bleek dit niet met sleutel maar met een code te openen zijn, ook de deur beneden. We kregen deze heel netjes van de conciërge die altijd in het gebouw beneden aanwezig is. Dat was fijn. Eenmaal boven was onduidelijk welke vd 4 deuren het gehuurde appartement was, en wisten ook niet welke sleutel we moesten gebruiken. Na lang proberen (ook bij deuren buren) bleek het de deur met het plaatje van een vogelkooi te zijn. Wificode moest ik om vragen via booking.com, niet erg, maar wificode in appartement zou fijn zijn. Was in wasmand
