Positive: Bon emplacement, lit super confortable, literie impeccable, le petit coin cuisine sympas, et transports en commun proches (gare du Nord, Métro, Bus). Negative: - WC sur le pallier sans lumière, et sans papier hygiénique au moins pour l'arrivée du client. - Une bouilloire électrique aurait été top pour le PDJ - Pas de tapis de bain pour la sortie de douche...

I informed the company that they were very unprofessional........
Positive: Nice location Negative: We agreed to meet at 3pm to check in. I called at 2:30 and they wanted to me go to another location to pick up the keys. I text back and wrote that it's unacceptable. I expect to meet them at the location to get the key. They didn't respond. I had to call Booking.com customer service, and they call the company and made arrangement for me to meet them. I waited in front the the apartment for 2 hours at 5:30 pm before a man riding a bike came up with the key . Also, there was a crack wine grass on the self. While I was drinking from it I noticed a crack. I informed them, and they demanded that I buy another glass to replace it. No wifi, toilet in the hall way, and checking out, they wanted me to take the keys 3 minutes away and put it in a digital box. I suggest you find another location......

Positive: Only positive thing is about it that location is good, But I rather save money and go another place! Stay away Negative: No toilet in bathroom, In hallway the dirtiest toilet ever I have seen. There was some makeup and stripper heels and tights I dont know what happens in the house but left there. The customer service was bad and they were rude towards you! tried to charge me 250€ for keys that I lost and actually I had proof that I dindt lost them! Stay away from this place

Negative: a comunicação do locatário ! o intuito de enganar ou lesar em nao informar que o banheiro e compartilhado com aproximadamente 30 apartamentos, e a falta de sinalização e higienização é péssima, eu fiz um teste em jogar um fio de cabelo da minha cabeça sobre uma parte importante do vaso sanitário e aquele fio de cabelo ficou todo o tempo no mesmo lugar isso é uma prova de que não existe higienização no ambiente que é compartilhado a comunicação com o locatário foi péssima antes durante e depois , eles não sabiam onde era o banheiro , e tive que fazer a minha merda dentro do quarto sobre um improviso de onde cair a merda por que eu estava seriamente apertado para fazer isso depois de uma viagem longa , e na hora de entregar as chaves não correspondia o endereço dado pelo responsável em responder mensagens mesmo eu tentando ligação foi passado o endereço errado e fazendo com que eu gastasse mais em táxi devido o erro dos responsáveis, me passaram segunda vez o mesmo endereço mas também o mesmo problema persistia com o mesmo o hotel não podia receber as chaves !

Positive: Unica nota positiva, la posizione: metro vicina e quartiere pieno di servizi, ristoranti e supermercati. Negative: Semplicemente un incubo. L’annuncio è fuorviante dal momento in cui la concezione di “bagno privato” è intesa come sola doccia all’interno della camera mentre il wc si trova lungo il corridoio, in comune con il resto degli appartamenti. Ciò non è specificato da nessuna parte (almeno al momento della mia prenotazione) e in più, è sporco e senza luce (manca letteralmente la lampadina). L’alloggio è ugualmente sporco, con peli, capelli e farfalle morte sul pavimento. Tappetino della doccia zuppo. La struttura risponde in modo sommario e dopo ore passate con l’assistenza clienti di booking, sono riuscita a fatica a ottenere il rimborso. La beffa? Dopo il check out mi contattano dicendo che mi avrebbero addebitato 50€ perché avrei rotto una terrina. In stanza non ho dormito e non so neanche dove si trovassero queste terrine. Da denuncia.

Positive: Bon emplacement, conforme aux attentes Negative: Le lit d'une qualité très mauvaise, je n'ai pas pu rester pour les nuits suivantes car impossible de dormir. Le propriétaire n'a fait aucun geste commercial en dédommagement. Par ailleurs prestations moyennes et ménage pas très soigné.

Studio entsprach nicht Beschreibung bei der Buchung
Positive: Aufzug vorhaben, akzeptable Lage und Umgebung. Nahe gelegene Metrostation und nahe gelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten! Negative: Die Unterkunft entsprach nicht der Beschreibung bei der Buchung. So gab es kein "Eigenes Badezimmer", wie angegeben, vorhanden, sondern nur eine Dusche in der Unterkunft und eine Toilette ohne Licht auf dem Flur. Kein eigenes Waschbecken, kein Mülleimer, eine Lampe funktionierte nicht, kein Stuhl, kein richtiger Esstisch, nur kleiner, niedriger Couchtisch. Sofort reklamierte Mängel wurde in 14 Tagen nicht behoben!
