Positive: L’appartement est très confortable. Petit mais mignon. En soit c’est un studio avec une verrière qui sépare l’espace nuit et l’espace salon . Largement suffisant pour une petite semaine à paris . Le quartier est très animé. La mini machine à laver 🧼 trop mignonne j’avais jamais vue lol . L’ensemble est soigné , minimaliste et propre . Negative: Le matelas du canapé lit n’est pas confortable. Trop fin .

The bedding in the apartment smelled terrible - not just the sheets but the comforter and pillows themselves, and I got sick from the mildew. We checked out early and communicated with both the host company and the local contact - although they were responsive and did offer to come clean again, they wouldn’t accept that we didn’t feel comfortable staying there given the unhealthy conditions. In years of staying in vacation rentals I have never experienced a property in such unacceptable condition, or such unhelpful customer service.

Good location close to the Metro and Montmartre attractions. Unless you are feeling very Bohemian however, I would suggest another property. The property was available 2 hours late for the 5 PM check in. (they offered to pay for a drink while we waited) We immediately notified them that the bathroom sink was not working and were told to use "Destop" which we would be reimbursed for. We were also told to buy washcloths and pillows to be reimbursed. No washcloths and only 2 pillows for a 4 person listing. The refrigerator did not work. We could not figure out how to check to see if it was even plugged in because it was screwed into the cabinet. No one was ever sent out to address any of these problems. We assumed the toilet taking 3-4 flushes was due to the old plumbing and did not even bother to report this. It appears this property was not ready to be rented. Hopefully they can get these problems worked out. This is the first bad review I have ever written because usually any problems are usually addressed at the time during the rental.

Points forts : Idéalement situé à proximité de la station de métro et des commerces Points faibles : le descriptif du logement prévoyait la television sauf que cette dernière ne pouvez pas fonctionner car la livebox 6 ne recevait pas la fibre et ce malgré eu la conciergerie a prévenu plusieurs fois le propriétaire donc pas de télévision le soir durant le séjour La porte d’entrée est régulièrement inondée car la voisine du dessus arrose ses jardinières, il n’y a pas de paillasson à l’intérieur du logement Le nettoyage facturé 70 € n’est pas du tout à la hauteur de la prestation fournie, les vitres n’ont pas été nettoyées depuis un moment, la hotte aspirante pleine de traces, le lave vaisselle pas vidé, la casserole pour chauffer l’eau dans un état lamentable La bouche d’aération de la salle de bain est quasiment obturée par la poussière Pour finir les chaises n’ont pas de patins de protection donc de nombreuses traces sur le parquet L’espace disponible ne permet pas d’implanter un terrasse, stockage de vélos et présence des poubelles notamment le container à verre Dommage car cet appartement refait il y a quelques temps vieillira mal dans le temps

nice place, really really poor communication, defiantly not ready for rental.
Positive: nice space Negative: Staff were poor at responding, waited over 5 hours to check in. Only got in at 12am after waiting and being messed around so much by staff, they cancelled on us and told us to get new accomodation at 11pm being 3 girls in Paris. the only reason we got in was due to the amazing neighbour. Dirty sheets still there from last guests so we did not have clean sheets for the sofa bed. toilets would take at least 4 tries to flush. We did not have power for over 24 hours so no hot water or lights. Really poor communication from accomodation managers.
