  1. Wen Kakerlaken und eine defekte Dusche nicht stören....

    Positive: Lage war okay. Negative: Kakerlaken, defekte Dusche, tropfender Boiler über Waschbecken, Toilettenbrille locker, Bad mit bewachsenen Fugen, Ausstattung (Geschirr, Stühle) sehr mäßig, Wasserhahn Kücke locker

  3. It was close to metro but need to do up the apartment. Creepy and not clean.

    Positive: Price Negative: Not clean, and too high up with 5 luggage. . Got cockroaches and tv not working

    Positive: Světlý byt, klidná ulice, rychlá wifi, dost teplé vody, pohodlná postel, čisté povlečení. Negative: Byla rozbitá sprcha, kterou nikdo nepřijel opravit, i když jsem to urgovala. Plíseň ve sprše. Absence závěsů v kuchyni, kde se také přespávalo. Málo nádobí v kuchyňské lince. Tenké stěny, bylo dost slyšet hluk od sousedů.

  7. I would book it again. Good relation between price and quality. We felt "at home".

    Positive: The appartement is well equipped with everything that you need (e.g. for cooking, etc). The bakery for your fresh baguette and croissant in the morning is literally next door. The nearest metro station (station "Hoche") and a supermarket are 5 minutes by foot. There is one double-bed and one sleeping couch (also double size). Both are very comfortable. The host was very friendly and the handover of the keys (key box) is well organized. We felt very comfortable during our one-week stay with our daughter (10 years old). The house in which the appartement is located, looks a bit old from the outside (see also Google street view). But don't let that first impression fool you. The appartement is very nice on the inside. ("Never judge a book by its cover"). I would book it again if I go to Paris again. Negative: No comment

    Positive: Very good location, near to the metro , steps away from bakeries and small market, a lot of space, and nice beds Negative: no hair drier, you need to take some with you,I missed to read the facilities info, so I had to walk around with wet hair 🥲

  13. I would stay in a different place next time.

    Positive: The owner of the property, close to the metro, easy to pickup the keys. Negative: Very old building, too many stairs (for those with bags and kids), neighborhood not so friendly, toilet with problems, place to have a shower is too small.

  21. Too small for 4 people - dirty shower, broken shower holder, no curtains in the room for sofa bed

    Positive: Nothing Negative: Apartment is too small for 4 people. The sofa bed was very hard and too small for teenagers. There were not curtains in the living room so we had to use spare doona cover and pillow cases to get some covering on the windows. The bathroom shower holder was broken and the shower had black mould. No dishwashing liquid or tea towel provided.

    Positive: lovely apartment in an culturally interesting area. Friendly neighbourhood. Negative: what a horrible staircase to get to the apartment. Really needs painting. Also it was difficult to open the letterbox to get to the keybox.

    Positive: L'emplacement et la propreté. L'appartement est tout refait à neuf et très fonctionnel. Bien décoré. Negative: Il n'y avait rien pour faire la vaisselle : eponge, liquide vaisselle ni de sac poubelle. Les oreillers sont à remplacer et il n'y a pas de rideau dans le salon et pas de volet donc quand on dort sur le canapé lit on est réveillé par la lumière.

    Positive: Convenient location near the metro station. Excellent value for money. The owners were responsive. Lots of storage and plenty of space for 3 or 4 people. Negative: Only 1 fan. No curtains or blinds in the living area. Smelled of smoke and contained cigarettes despite being advertised as non-smoking. No dish washing liquid. Could do with some fly screens on the windows as we needed them open during summer.
