Bien dans l'ensemble
Positive: Bon emplacement pour une visite de la cité des sciences . L'appartement est calme , spacieux et à proximité de nombreux commerces : superette , boulangerie , pharmacie et un restaurant . Negative: Je pense que le proprétaire devrait remplacer la moquette qui est franchement sale et sentait l'humidité quand nous sommes arrivés .

Orribile. Da evitare!
Positive: Se fosse stato curato meglio avrebbe avuto un potenziale enorme. Purtroppo non è sufficiente avere un appartamento a Parigi per affittarlo su booking. È necessaria più cura e pulizia. Negative: La sporcizia! La casa era veramente sporca soprattutto la moquette era lercia. Abbiamo fatto notare al gestore della struttura la problematica ma l'unica soluzione che mi ha fornito è stata quella di un ulteriore pulizia accusandomi inoltre che c'era polvere solo sulle prese e sulle finestre. Abbiamo quindi lasciato l'appartamento perché fortunatamente abbiamo trovato all'ultimo minuto un'altra sistemazione. Per concludere la struttura non ha voluto fornire neanche un rimborso.

Positive: After booking, we got contact number of accommodation. It was someone from cleaning company. They were friendly. House was clean, there was shampoo, soap, dish washing soap/dishwasher tablets etc were present in house. Even some bread and spices were present in kitchen. We didn't use it. But such things, we never found in vacation houses. Towels were provided. House has washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge with freezer. You can park your car for free, not on the main road but on side streets. It was difficult to find the parking place. Super market and bakery was just outside the building. There were 2 bedrooms, both bedrooms are with double bed. Beds length was just 190cm, so, for tall people, it could be an issue. If u want to visit Paris, metro station is on 10 minites walk and you reach Paris in 30-40 minutes. Swiming pool is about 2-3 kilometers away. Would suggest to have beds with 200cm length and one bedroom preferably with single beds. We had to provide our creditcard details to reserve deposit by Swikly. In case if something broken by us. Swikly reserved 2 times deposit it took sometime that it was arranged properly with one reservation. In house few things were broken, like tv table, bathroom tile..etc. we made the pics and shared with accommodation person and also with Swikly, so, that they know it was broken already. By the time of check out, we made pics again and shared with Swikly and accommodation contact person. We never have to do this for other accommodations. But we read negative reviews about Swikly, that's why we were affraid. That we will not charge (from pur security deposit) for things that were already broken.

Positive: Supermarkets next door Negative: Location at night is not friendly, feels dangerous. The smell is really bad, the entire place has a carpet which is partially dirty and smells bad. Wi-fi went off for 3 days Some pillows smell bad Toilet is stained The kitchen was not very clean.
