Positive: appartamento ben fornito, cucina attrezzata. zona comoda. self check-in Negative: Zona abbastanza comoda, ma le stazioni metro vicine sono mal frequentate soprattutto nelle ore notturne. complicato comunicare con i proprietari, si appoggiano a Hostnfly per il pagamento della cauzione e per il check-in, ma sono difficili da contattare se si vuole parlare con loro ( al check-out non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta dall'host e abbiamo lasciato le chiavi dove le avevamo prese per il check-in)

Positive: Het was schoon. Aanwezigheid keuken. Negative: De bedden waren niet comfortabel, er was geen extra deken, de communicatie met het platform was uitstekend maar met de host zelf was de communicatie onprettig. De douche was slecht onderhouden, de kraan in de badkamer zat los en alleen het warme water deed het. Het mini bankje in de studio was oncomfortabel. Ik heb vooral het gevoel gekregen dat de host probeert om zo min mogelijk moeite in de studio en het verhuren te steken.

La situation de l appartement est idéale malgré un rdc non précisé dans l annonce donc bruyant. La cuvette des w.c. immonde, le robinet du lavabo cassé, les parois de la douche extrêmement sale ont été une réelle surprise dès notre arrivée. La bouilloire ne fonctionne pas. La vaiselle était sale et huileuse. La table du salon était branlante car un des pieds n étaient pas visés. Le volet était cassé. Paris en 5 jours me laisse encore rêveur...

Good place and cozy apartment, but need to improve
Positive: The apartment was in good place - in the heart of Montmartre. It was clean and good choice for a short stay in Paris. Negative: We did not like the check-in. The owner forgot about our arrival and did not get information about the keys, even though there was written that person will meet as in the apartment. After reaching the owner, we find out, that the keys is in different place, it was quite hard to find it. Also some improvements for guests comfort should be made: there was no place where to put wet towels. As well, owner could place small hanger for clothes and standing mirror for guests comfort. Also, the pillows in the double bed were worn out.

While the location was good. Our stay ended in disappointment as the host reclaimed out deposit for damage that was not
Positive: Good location, host was responsive Negative: Very close to the street. And the curtain and walls were very thin so it felt like you were outside. Check in process is difficult if you don’t know the exact time you’re checking in. Host claimed our deposit back for ruining 6 towels but could only provide a photo for one towel that looked dirty enough to need replacing. (We only had 3 towels to begin with). We were also charged for staining a curtain which we didn’t stain. Be sure to take photos of everything in the apartment when you check in)

Die Wohnung war von der Größe her wie zu erwarten, leider nicht allzu sauber. Für ein kurzes Wochenende reicht es aus. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hingegen und die Schlüsselübergaben sind phänomenal, unkompliziert, hilfreich, sehr schnelle Antworten.

Insgesamt hat es gut gepasst.
Positive: Das Appartement war zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Es war alles Nötige vorhanden. Die Kloschüssel könnte ausgetauscht werden, sieht etwas eklig aus beim Hineinschauen, sonst war alles sehr sauber! Negative: Die Information des Codes für den Schlüssel kam nicht wie versprochen per Mail, sondern musste über eine Telefonnummer erfragt werden, sowohl beim Einchecken wie auch beim Auschecken .Das hat etwas gestresst wegen der fremden Sprache.

Париж то любов.
Positive: Дуже хороше розсташування, 5 хвилин до метро і 5 хвилин до найвищої точки Монмарту, де можна сидіти вечером і дивитись на прекрасний Париж. Negative: Нема світла у кімнаті, тільки від лампи. Не прийшов код щоб забрати ключі, прийшлось звонити на гарячу лінію.

Tolle Unterkunft in belebtem Viertel
Positive: Tolle Lage, wenn auch etwas laut durch Passanten (liegt im Erdgeschoss und direkt um die Ecke eine der Treppen zur Sache Coeur). Das Apartement ist voll ausgestattet und hat sogar Aussenjalousien. Supermärkte und Metrostation um die Ecke. Das Viertel ist bunt uns es gibt ein paar Cafés und Bistros. Meine Tochter und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In 10 Minuten waren wir an der Sacre Coeur. 17 Minuten mit der Metro zur Place de la Concorde. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung von hostnfly.com war vor der Reise etwas holprig aber als wir dann einmal vor Ort waren hat alles super geklappt und auf Fragen wurde sofort reagiert. Negative: Es war bis nach Mitternacht recht laut. Hatte ich in einer Sackgasse nicht vermutet. Es gab nur ein Handtuch pro Person - ein kleines Handtuch für die Hände im Badezimmer wäre toll gewesen.

Positive: Die Lage ist einmalig, mitten im Geschehen des Montmartre, aber dennoch relativ ruhige Seitengasse. Negative: Wir waren erst unsicher ob der Schlüsselübergabe in einem 24h Supermarché, aber es klappte alles einwandfrei.
