BEWARE THIS LANDLORD!!!! He will try his best to boost his bank account and keep holding deposit!
Positive: Apartment was clean and tidy. We were (husband and I and son and wife) wanting a place to literally put our heads down as we had an exceptionally busy schedule attending rugby world cup and sightseeing. We spent no time whatsoever in the apartment except for sleep, shower and a coffee in morning, so we were only there from midnight and leaving by 8am every morning for 3 nights Negative: Imagine our shock when landlord decided to keep our holding deposit because we had broken his washing machine. We were not even aware there was a washing machine as the only appliance we had used was the kettle. We had not even cooked there as we had take away pizza, coming in at midnight each night. When I mentioned to my son and daughter in law their words were ‘there was a washing machine?’ There had been no inventory check on arrival or departure, anything could have been broken by previous guests? We were very annoyed with this and when we told the landlord we would sue him he simply said ‘go ahead’. Being a family of ‘tidy-freaks’ we had left apartment in mint condition.

Все було чудово
Positive: Все було чисто і комфортно. Нова техніка. Нові зручні матраци і постіль. Були чай, кава, капсули для прання і посудомийки, вся необхідна кухонна посуда. Нас було 6 людей. Було не тісно. Квартира затишна і тепла. Гарне розташування. Поруч метро, RER, автобуси. Negative: Гарне розташування. Якщо виникають питання , то власник завжди відповідає.
