Positive: Die Nähe zur Metro war super. Negative: Als wir anreisten, war der Abfluss in der Küche verstopft und in der Spüle sammelte sich das Wasser. Die Wohnung stank. Die Reparatur dauerte 4 Tage. Der Dreck danach wurde nicht beseitigt und ich durfte die Wohnung erstmal saugen. Obwohl klar war, dass 3 Personen anreisten, war nur ein Doppelbett bezogen. Allgemein wies die Wohnung einige Mängel auf. Türklinken fielen runter und waren nicht befestigt. Es war schmuddelig und in den Schränken der Küche sehr dreckig. Die Bettwäsche war nicht richtig sauber. Das ich nun für einen Rollladen, der schon kaputt war, meine Kaution von 250€nicht zurück bekomme, macht mich wütend und hinterlässt einen bitteren Nachgeschmack. Da 3 Firmen bei dieser Buchung involviert sind, ist es komplex und zeitaufwendig solche Probleme zu lösen. Diese Wohnung würde ich niemanden weiterempfehlen.. Schade

Positive: We stayed for 5 nights. It was a cosy apartman for our family with 2 teenagers. Host is very communicative, he always answered very fast. Negative: For the first sight i could not find out how to set the heating - but i got help soon.

A good location for a short visit to Paris with family
Positive: The location was great, because it was very close to the Metro Station. We were able to move around easily and get everywhere we wanted in Paris. There is a big store right around the corner, for groceries shopping til 9 PM. The neighbourhood didn't look too fancy, but still we didn't feel unsafe at all, even walking around later in the evening or very early in the morning. The building in which the apartment is located is nice, the windows are facing a park, so it's pretty quiet. The instructions that we got per email/SMS for getting the keys and for all other issues came very fast and were very clear, the communication was great. The kitchen is well equipped for basic needs. Negative: The toilet could really use a makeover, cause the water tank is taking a very long time to fill-up again after use. The apartment was clean enough at first sight, but a thorough cleaning of the not so obvious spots wouldn't hurt once in a while.

Schönes Appartement für zwei
Positive: Recht modernes und relativ gut ausgestattetes Appartment direkt am Park und Kanal. Parkplätze (mit ein wenig Glück) direkt vor der Türe. Waschmaschine vorhanden, Balkon dito., fußläufig zur Metro. Negative: Man muß wissen, was einen in Aubervilliers erwartet. Umgebung aufgrund massiver Bautätigkeiten, des Kanals und des Parks vor dem Balkon ein wenig laut, zumal die Fenster nicht gut schallisolieren. Buchungsprozess umständlich und bestehend aus diversen Schritten.

Utterly the worst -insert every colourful expletive you can think of- experience ever.
Positive: The apartment was bigger than a hotel room. Otherwise I cannot recommend it. Negative: The host was utterly horrible. Multiple times I was asked, and provided, the ages of my family. I explained that we would be arriving 2 hours prior to the official time. I was told over messenger that once the cleaners were done I would be notified via email. Nothing ever came through. I was sent a broken link to select bedding. We are a family of three and arrived with baggage for 10 days. The contact number for the host was out of service. So I called booking.com. They were unable to help and told me to wait as sometimes the host is driving for Uber. The area is amoung the more crime ridden in Paris. It’s In a former one industrial area. So we spent more more to take another Uber to an actual hotel because we didn’t know if we could access the property. Two hours later I returned at the exact time and the host was still a no show. I again called booking and explained that I had returned with another no show. This time the booking host gave me the access number for the outer electric gate. How to access the mailbox key lock and get one key and FOB for the complex. The security is very good and multilayered. Then told we were on the second floor unit 36. The directions from the elevator was wrong. Then the automatic lights went out. Was pitch black. I’m told to fumble for a switch to restart the timer using my cell phone as a flash light. That task accomplished I told the person on the phone that there were no door numbers. So imagine I had to test 6 doors with me key, seriously angering neighbours who thought I was trying to break the in until I found the door that worked. The blinds in the bedroom were broken. Windows have to be open due to the heat but you are eaten alive by the mosquitos and have industrial lights shining on you from across the canal. Booking.com lied to me. Had me move my family around for 2 hours all the while I just wanted to leave our baggage somewhere safe and go get food. The host never contacted me except the day before to confirmcheckout

Positive: Es un apartamento bonito, cómodo, muy buenas instalaciones, limpio y con todo lo necesario para una estadía. Negative: No existe el conserje como tal, para tener acceso a la llave debes de seguir ciertos pasos, se asimila a la búsqueda del tesoro, solo claves y por partes, duramos más de una hora esperando una respuesta. Como no estamos en nuestro país, el número cambia solo se tiene acceso por WhatsApp, no se comunicaron conmigo. Lo hice a través de Booking. Como llegue temprano no me permitieron el acceso, esperé hasta las 3pm. para realizar el check in, se logró casi dos horas después que me indicaron que la llave estaba en un casillero con un número de clave. La verdad cero atención personalidad, no conocí a nadie.
