be aware of bed bugs
Positive: -the company dealing with the renting (not the owner) was friendly and they were replaying usually quite fast, and they wanted/were trying to help me -the location is ok, nearby a metro station Negative: -like others, I got the wrong code to pick up the keys and the person from whom I got they keys said in French: "we're in France so you have to speak French" ! -I also had difficulties to open the doors -the shower also didn't work well in my case, I even had to buy some chemicals to clean the pipes -there were BED BUGS in sofa, where I was sleeping! that was my worst apartment-experience ever! I got more that 70 bites, it was a disaster! I looked like having some infectious disease. At least I gave part of my money back (with a delay), and was able to change the accommodation.

Un po' impegnativo
Positive: No comment Negative: Abbiamo seguito tutte le istruzioni per il ritiro delle chiavi, ci sono state date le chiavi sbagliate, vabè può succedere... Abbiamo ritirato le chiavi giuste e abbiamo avuto grossi problemi ad entrare nell' appartamento dovuto alla serratura mal funzionante. Entrati nell' appartamento abbiamo trovato cibo aperto in cucina, moltissimi strumenti per la pulizia tra cui sturatubi e mocio, che occupavano spazio in un appartamento già molto piccolo. Sicuramente non adatto a 4 persone il divano letto oltretutto non dava modo di dormire comodamente. Il bagno benché in Francia è comune trovare bagni molto piccoli abbiamo avuto grossi problemi con la doccia che essendo rialzata aveva un altezza di 1,80m il mio fidanzato non ha potuto lavarsi essendo più alto. Abbiamo così deciso di cambiare struttura e riparte l odissea per la riconsegna delle chiavi. Ho chiesto in codice di drop off e ci viene dato un indirizzo di un affiliato che però era definivamente chiuso. Così ricontatta nuovamente l'assistenza e riparti di nuovo alla ricerca di un altro posto per riconsegnare le chiavi. L'idea del fai da te può anche essere geniale per l'ospite ma non per chi affitta. Nonostante il pagamento anticipato e non rimborsabile sono stati bloccati 250€ di cauzione e questa clausola non era assolutamente visibile, al momento della prenotazione. Pertanto abbiamo dovuto occuparci di fare foto per convalidare lo stato dell' appartamento. L'ennesimo impegno a carico di noi ospiti. Un po' troppo impegnativo per una vacanza, abbiamo perso 2 mezze giornate...

Positive: Tesisin hiçbir şeyi düzgün değildi. Negative: Hayatımda yaşadığım en kötü konaklamaydı. Çok pis kokuyordu.

Positive: Ubytování bylo v dobré docházkové vzdálenosti ke stanici metra. Vybavení odpovídalo popisu a fotografiím. Negative: Velmi špatná byla komunikace ohledně předávání klíčů.
