Positive: Muy cerca del transporte público. Autobuses y metro. Una zona que daba tranquilidad en cuanto a la seguridad. El estudio muy limpio y cómodo. Llegamos muy pronto y nos permitieron dejar la maletas antes del tiempo de entrada y a la salida igual, fue de gran ayuda para nosotros ya que podíamos seguir disfrutando hasta la hora de salida del vuelo sin pensar en cargar maletas. Negative: Un poco retirado de las atracciones turísticas. Pero no lo veo mal teniendo en cuenta que hay muy buen transporte.

Would never stay again
Positive: Location is pretty good, underground is close to apartment. There is a cattle, stove, sink, table in the apartment. Negative: You have to register yourself and your travel partners in the owners online system. You have to upload photos of your passports and the pictures of the apartment on check in and check out. It is impossible to show all issues with just 15 pictures, which is the limit for uploads. The deposit of 250 euros is also being registered in their system. You have no guarantee if the money will or not be taken from your account. You provide all your bank account details. We stayed 5 nights and it was no pleasure of feeling this out without any knowledge of this system. I booked for 3 people, however, bedsheet was missing for one of us. No toilet paper as well. I had to ask about it in a private message through WhatsApp because Booking is not responsive for communication in this case. The bedsheet and toilet roll was provided on the evening of second day of stay. On the mattress we found a chopping board and it looked like someone eat bread on that bed. The apartment also had en empty bottle of vodka and energy drink can. I asked contact person about it and she confirmed that the apartment was cleaned properly before our stay. The apartment is extremely small and it's impossible to sit on the toilet and close the bathroom door, because your legs would not fit inside the bathroom.

Positive: The location was excellent. We were able to play in the neighbourhood and the metro station to Paris city centre is just a short walk away, making it an ideal location for sightseeing. There were minimal kitchen facilities and we were able to cook for ourselves. It's the perfect place to stay for a carefree trip to Paris. I would use it again next time. Negative: The shower room is very small, but I don't think it was particularly bad.

Positive: The apartment is the same as shown in the photos, small but meets the needs of tourists who stay out all day and only return to sleep and take a shower. The kitchen is compact but functional. Nearby metro and train stations, as well as bus stops. Supermarkets, bakery and restaurants nearby. And a super shoe outlet very close, besides Hoche metro station, with the best brands and incredible discounts. Negative: No comment

Positive: El hecho de contar con microondas, cocina, nevera y cafetera hizo muy cómoda la estancia. El barrio está a una parada de metro del centro. También está cerca de la estación de rer de trenes y autobuses. El precio es muy económico. La atención fue impecable, nos olvidamos casi 500€ en un cajón que habíamos guardado para emergencias, y la propietaria nos lo devolvió y fue súper encantadora. Negative: No comment

Flat compacto
Positive: Fomos bem recepcionado pelo senhor que estava terminando de fazer a limpeza, muito organizado e bem limpo, roupas de cama e toalhas limpas, tinha cafeteira c/ café disponível, shampoo, sabonete e material de limpeza. Tivemos um imprevisto com o aquecimento de água no dia que chegamos, mas no dia seguinte foi resolvido. Ótima localização, porém o flat não fica próximo das atrações como a Torre Eiffel, Arco do triunfo, Louvre e a Champs elysees, mas de metrô vc chega lá bem rápido é é muito fácil e simples. Tem estações de metrô e paradas de ônibus bem próximo. Tem um supermercado bem próximo e o local é bem tranquilo. McDonald’s e outro lugares para comer fica na faixa de uns 800 metros. A anfitriã Patrícia foi muito atenciosa e super prestativa. Voltando a Paris me hospedaria novamente Negative: O flat é bem compacto, o banheiro não possui pia de banheiro se for escovar os dentes e na pia da cozinha, e também muito pequeno dependendo se a pessoa for grande vai sentir um desconforto na hora de usar o banheiro ou tomar banho mas isso não atrapalhou a hospedagem. Quero deixar aqui umas sugestões para melhorar ainda mais a hospedagem (dica de viajante) 1 Colocar um escorredor de prato menor na pia da cozinha ou colocar um suspenso 2 Colocar um Wi-Fi pois algumas operadoras naquele local não pega bem o sinal 3 Colocar mais uma cadeira para 3 hóspedes 4 Colocar um varal portátil ou móvel para colocar roupas e toalhas molhadas
