Positive: Close to Metro station (make sure you use the Pyrénées station), rather than the Belleville station) when you plan your routs, if you want to avoid the uphill walk. There is a food market (Carrefour City) close by the apartment, as well as restaurants, ATMs, bakery, etc a walking distance (50-100m) The rooms and kitchen area were comfortable and equipped There is a washer/dryer (all-in-1) unit in the kitchen, just make sure you wash small loads since the capacity is low, otherwise it will take forever to dry. Negative: Internet connection was very unstable and slow Be aware here are not TVs in the apartment Coffee carafe was broken, so we couldn't have coffee during our stay There is no common area living/family/dinning room, just 2 rooms, 1 bathroom and kitchen with eating table The building is in a uphill street, so depending on the Metro station that you use, you may have an uphill walk ~5mins

Un loc acceptabil pentru preturile Parisului!
Positive: Apropierea de stații de transport, inclusiv metrou (statia Pyrrenees), restaurante bune in zona, un magazin Carrefour lângă apartament, aproape de centru. Administratorul ne-a așteptat chiar daca am întârzia un pic! Negative: Canalizarea ne-a dat un pic de furca, se înfunda chiuveta usor. Un pic cam murdar in zonă....
