General Terms and Cancellation Policy

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT FOR THE APARTMENTS:

Check-in: From 3:00 PM at the earliest.

Check-out: By 11:00 AM at the latest.

On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated no later than 11:00 AM.

Please inform us of your approximate arrival and departure times.

CLEANING OF THE APARTMENTS:

Upon departure, please ensure that the accommodation is not left excessively dirty. Cleaning is included, but we kindly ask that you empty the trash bins and do the dishes.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT:

The full amount of the stay is paid at the time of booking.

INTERVENTION / REPAIRS:

If, during the stay, HostnFly needs to call in professionals at the guest's request to repair damaged equipment (e.g., clogged pipes, broken appliances, broken glass), and HostnFly is not at fault, these services will be charged. In case of lost keys, the cost of key and lock replacement will be charged to the guest.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

A security deposit is required to cover any potential damage caused by the guest. This deposit is not charged but is secured via our partner Swikly. In case of confirmed damages, the full amount will be collected.

We reserve the right to deny access to the property if the deposit has not been secured on the day of arrival.

INVENTORY:

The apartment will have been checked before your arrival. If you notice any malfunction or damage, please report it immediately by email to guest@hostnfly.com. Otherwise, you may be held liable for issues discovered after your stay.

LIABILITY:

All properties have been inspected and reviewed by a HostnFly team member. The descriptions provided are accurate and written in good faith. In case of complaints, the guest agrees to notify us by email within 48 hours. The guest also agrees to cooperate with HostnFly to resolve the issue. Without written communication and explicit authorization from HostnFly, guests who leave the property before the scheduled departure date forfeit any right to a refund. Complaints made after the stay will not result in any compensation. HostnFly reserves the right to cancel the contract before or during its execution if unforeseen circumstances or force majeure make the accommodation unavailable. HostnFly may assign a similar or better property. If the guest refuses the transfer, HostnFly will fully refund the amounts paid, with no additional compensation.

INTERNET / WI-FI:

Internet / Wi-Fi access is included in the rental (if mentioned in the listing).

LINEN:

All household linen is provided: bed sheets, bath towels, bath mats. A linen change during the stay is available at an additional cost.

SMOKING:

Smoking is strictly prohibited in common areas and inside the apartments.

PAYMENT DEFAULT:

In the event of non-payment by the due date or breach of any clause of this agreement, and after five business days following a formal notice sent by registered letter with no effect, this contract will be immediately terminated. The lessor may invoke Article 1590 of the Civil Code to retain the deposit as initial compensation.

TERMINATION CLAUSE:

The furnished properties described herein are intended exclusively for seasonal rental, to be used solely as a secondary residence by the tenant. As such, this rental falls outside the scope of Law No. 89-462 of July 6, 1989.

HOUSE RULES:

The rental is strictly reserved for the guest and their family. We ask that you treat the property as if it were your own and return it in the same condition as you found it.

CANCELLATION:

Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: full refund.

Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: no refund will be issued.
