Welcome to Talence ! I welcome you in my magnificent 204 square meters apartment and a big garden, located in a quiet area close to BORDEAUX. Located in Talence, the apartment is carefully decorated in a cosy and vintage atmosphere.

Ideal for 9 people and a baby, it is composed of :
- 2 bedrooms with double bed each and a crib,
- 1 bedroom with a simple bed,
- 1 bedroom upstairs with a double bed and 2 single beds.

A beautiful living room with a sofa, a dining room in a veranda, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a shower room are also available.

The house also has a BALCONY, a TERRACE and a GARDEN which will be very appreciated in summer to relax during your sunny days.
You will have at your disposal during your stay: Air conditioning, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Fan, Barbecue.

You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The neighborhood offers immediate proximity to the Nansouty district and is only a few minutes by car from Bordeaux Centre, Bordeaux Lac and the Lac beach, which will be a destination not to be missed in summer. You will also be able to access emblematic places such as the Place des Quinconces, the Parc Bordelais, the Musée d'Aquitaine, the Place de la Bourse, the Cité du Vin and the Château de Peixotto. The quays are just a few minutes away by car, so you can enjoy a stroll along the Garonne River and discover the charms of Bordeaux.

Bars, shops and restaurants are nearby. Nansouty Square is 5 minutes with a grocery store, Carrefour city and market, greengrocer, cheese shop, bakery, pastry shop, butcher and delicatessen.

The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!

Emplacement

Talence is a commune bordering Bordeaux, it has many green spaces such as Margaut Park, Curval Park or Peixotto Park. It is a dynamic municipality with a large number of shops. It is the fourth largest city in the Gironde department. Talence houses the College of Science and Technology of the University of Bordeaux as well as many higher education institutions. While staying in this city you will have the opportunity to visit different castles: Peixotto Castle; Black Prince's Castle; Margaut Castle and Raba Castle. Talence is also very well endowed in terms of culture, with media libraries, theatres and an Arts and Culture Forum.
