It is ideally located in a quiet area near the SEA and the BEACH, but also close to bars and restaurants. You will love its location which allows you to discover sites of interest.

I am delighted to welcome you to my home for your future dream vacation!

My home will be ideal for a tourist stay with friends or family. It includes two bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a sofa bed where you can relax after a long day of walking. Also enjoy the GARDEN with a furnished TERRACE to spend some quality time with each other outside on sunny days, for a lunch or an aperitif!

To ensure that your stay is comfortable, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Wifi, Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Coffee machine, Microwave, Iron.
You will also have a shared SWIMMING POOL which is pleasant and will be very appreciated in summer!
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

The location of the accommodation is ideal for various outdoor activities. For picnics, beach-volley, walks by the sea..., the BEACH is 5 minutes away by car. If you like parasailing and zip lines, the FLYING SAILOR and the Grimaud adventure are respectively at 10 min walk and 6 min drive. A mountain bike rental service is 17 minutes away for bike rides. Also, the PORT des Marines of Cogolin is a 9 minute drive away for water sports or boat rides.

During your vacation, you will have the opportunity to discover and visit the emblematic sites of the city such as: the Port's lake city at 4 min by car, the Saint-Michel Church and the Maison Des Arcades at 10 min, the Grimaud Castle at 14 min, the Saint-Roch Mill at 13 min, the Bridge of the Fairies at 11 min and the Notre-Dame de la Queste Chapel at 6 min by car.

For your daily shopping, the Utile Supermarket is a 5-minute walk away.

To wash your clothes, a laundromat is nearby.
