Opposite the apartment is the beautiful Jardin de Reuilly and the Jean Boiteux swimming pool. The apartment's location also provides easy access to the "coulée verte" linking the Bois de Vincennes to the Bastille.

Just a few steps away, rue de Reuilly offers a wide range of stores, including a post office and numerous restaurants. A Lidl store and a Monoprix are just 3 minutes from the apartment for your daily shopping needs.

Please note that our apartment is located on the first floor, so you won't have to worry about carrying your luggage up the stairs!

Emplacement

Paris's 12th arrondissement is one of its largest, even before considering the immense Bois de Vincennes. Apart from the neighboring districts of Bastille, Gare de Lyon and Bercy, the 12th arrondissement is located in the suburbs.
The Coulée Verte, or green corridor, located near Place de la Bastille, at the crossroads of Rue de Lyon and Rue de Charenton, extends to the Périphérique, following an old railroad line that carried goods to the Arsenal port.
