Emplacement

The 13th district of Paris is best known for its Asian quarter, where many Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodians, Laotians, met. The north of the district is more "classical" and includes important institutions such as the National Library of France and the Olympiad district.
It also has the advantage of being near the Montparnasse train station known for being surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.
