This friendly and warm apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator, it includes:
- two sleeping areas with a double bed and a single bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Raclette machine, Video projector, Dryer, Microwave, Hairdryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Oven, Refrigerator, etc. Please note that linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is ideally located:
- Near metro lines 9, 10 and RER C and tram line T2.
- 10 minutes from Parc de l’Île Saint-Germain.
- 2 minutes walk to Coubertin Stadium (PSG Handball).
- 15 minutes to Parc des princes (PSG Football).
- 25 minute walk to Rolland Garros.
- Close to various shops and restaurant (Chinese caterer, pizzeria Don Peppe, Poke bowl Sush, creperie BIO C BON) and bakery and pharmacy.

For your daily shopping, a supermarket "Carrefour City" is just a minute walk away.

It is forbidden to charge lithium batteries in the apartment (possible fire).

Emplacement

Boulogne-Billancourt is a French commune in the Île-de-France region. It is the most populous of the Île-de-France communes after Paris.
Major economic center of Île-de-France, Boulogne-Billancourt welcomed in 2006 a dozen of thousands of companies, which places it at the rank of second park francilien after Paris. Although it has on average one of the wealthiest populations in the Paris region, it cultivates a social balance between elegant mansions near the Bois de Boulogne, north of the city, and modern residences built along the Seine. There is a large cultural centre and a public garden.
