- A bathroom with bathtub on the first floor and an adjoining shower room on the first floor ;
- Two dining areas, one inside and the other on the terrace;
- Three comfortable lounges with a convertible sofa (the first in a large, beautiful living room upstairs, the second on the terrace and the third on the mezzanine);
- And a large furnished terrace with trees.

Emplacement

Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine was founded in the early Middle Ages as a dependency of the Abbey of Saint-Denis. In 1830, a finance company opened a canal port and docks.
