- three functional bathrooms;

- a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, sink and second fridge;
- an open and fully equipped kitchen;
- a large comfortable living room with dining area;
- a small mezzanine living room with a sofa bed;
- a bioclimatic pergola to enjoy the outdoors.

It should be noted that the floor of the house is air conditioned.
The living room has a large glass bay with its hinged shutters.

Pool availability: June to September 2025 (weather permitting)

You will particularly appreciate its brightness and its tastefully decorated living room.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Garage (to store), Baby cot and high chair, Wine cellar, Wifi, 2 TVs, Iron, Hair dryer, Barbecue, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Freezer, Refrigerator, Plunging mixer, Waffler, Kettle, Toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, etc.

The accommodation is ideally located:
- in a peaceful environment;
- close to the beach (either 8 minutes by bike or 4 minutes by car);
- 15 minutes by car from the fortified city of Guérande and the salt marshes;
- 5 minutes by car from the Regional Natural Park of Briere (for a scenic boat trip).

Here are some good addresses for your taste buds;
- the "Bidule" for aperitifs from 6 pm to 9 pm (wine bar in Pornichet appreciated for its atmosphere);
- Nina at the beach (restaurant of the ramp, with seafood, feet in the water);
- Les Canetons (a Baulo institution both simple and good with a nice view) ;
- La Baule Market (every morning during school holidays) and Pornichet Market open on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
