Logement

Bright and quiet, the studio is located on the 3rd floor with elevator and includes:
- A living room with a sofa bed (140cm)
- A fully equipped and functional kitchen.
- A practical shower room.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and its pleasant view of the garden of the condominium.

You will have access to all the necessary amenities for a great stay, including: wifi, refrigerator, washing machine, oven, hair dryer, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The studio is ideally located:
- It is well served by buses 76 (direction Châtelet) and 69 (direction Tour Eiffel, passing through the centre of Paris), as well as by tram and metro line 3, which are just below.
- Two markets are held every week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, from E. Piaf to Gambetta. There are also three supermarkets and two pharmacies nearby.

During your stay, I recommend the following activities:
- Have a coffee in Edith Piaf Square.
- Dine at Papillon, a charming neighbourhood bistro that has preserved its charm, or at Chantefable, which is also nearby.
- Visit the monumental Père Lachaise Cemetery.
- Take a walk to La Campagne in Paris, which is right next door, and much more.

Emplacement

Generally, the whole contributes to creating a vibrant, lively, popular and friendly district. It is characterized in particular by a large number of theaters and cafes-theaters. There are all kinds of atmospheres, from punk rock to ethnic music, notably around Bagnolet to the south of the cemetery and Ménilmontant, around the butte and the avenue of the same name.
The main tourist attraction of the neighbourhood is the Père Lachaise Cemetery.
