- a fully equipped kitchen;

- a comfortable living room of 20 m2 to relax after a day of strolling.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Hair dryer, TV, Washing machine, Coffee Machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, etc.
Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

It should be noted that there is no wifi in the accommodation.

Emplacement

The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
