Discover this charming comfortable apartment, ideally located to fully enjoy your stay in La Clusaz.

It has a welcoming room equipped with a double bed 140x200 and a bunk bed 90x190, perfect for family or friends.

You will appreciate the functional shower room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, offering a friendly space for your meals.

Outside, a magnificent wooden terrace of about 18 m2 awaits you, with its teak table, a roller blind to protect you from the sun, and a teak trunk bench. You can also enjoy a garden of 12 m 2, surrounded by a hedge, with outdoor access for moments of relaxation in the open air.

The apartment is designed for your comfort, with a dedicated work area, and you will have access to many amenities such as parking, TV, iron, hair dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and coffee machine. Pets are welcome.

Please note that there is no wifi in the accommodation.

Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

To facilitate your travel, you will be at the foot of the buses that will take you to the center of the village. The supermarket "U Express" is just a 5-minute walk away, and the ski lifts are 400 metres away. You will also be close to the tourist office, the swimming pool of La Clusaz, as well as the Chaîne des Aravis, ideal for mountain biking, walking and climbing. Finally, Lake Annecy is only 35 minutes by car.

Recognized worldwide for its ski area, La Clusaz is a town in Haute Savoie located at the foot of the famous Aravis mountain range. The city offers a breathtaking view of the mountains, among which the Mont Blanc. Winter as summer, you will be able to recharge there thanks to its nature and its heritage, rich in history. Its ski area spread over 4 massifs (Balme, Aiguille, Etale and Beauregard), you can wander there according to your desires, skiing or snowboarding in winter, but also on foot or by bike in summer.
