Discover this beautiful Alsatian house, fully rehabilitated with care and taste, located in Hangenbieten, ideal for a functional and relaxing stay. With an area of 217 m² over 3 levels, it can accommodate up to 16 people, thus providing the necessary space for family reunions, gatherings with friends, or even for a business stay.

The house includes 2 master suites with private bathrooms + 2 adult bedrooms – shared bathroom / each with a double bed 160x200cm, as well as 1 dormitory & play area that can accommodate up to 8 people in single beds 90x190cm, with 1 convertible sofa – bathroom and toilet. Please note that as this is an Alsatian house, no rooms are available on the ground floor. You will also have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room in a traditional stub style, and a welcoming living room with a reading corner and an 8-seater sofa as well as armchairs, for you to relax after a day of exploration.

For your comfort, many amenities are at your disposal. Enjoy the shared swimming pool open from May to September from 8 AM to 10 PM, a shared pétanque court, a private terrace with garden furniture in the heart of a tree-filled and flowered garden, and a gas grill for outdoor meals. The house is equipped with air conditioning, a television, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a filter coffee maker as well as a bean coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, an electric wine cellar, and underfloor heating in all the bathrooms.
