Discover this new apartment, with modern furniture and appliances, which offers you a bright and quiet setting, without any vis-à-vis. It have an elevator, it is ideal for a comfortable stay. This accommodation includes a bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 190 cm, a second room with a double bed of the same size, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals. You will also find a functional bathroom, a friendly dining area with a table and chairs, a comfortable living room with a 180 x 200 cm sofa bed, and a balcony arranged to enjoy the outdoors.

You will particularly appreciate the tranquility and brightness of this apartment.

For your comfort, everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including Wifi, a cot with musical night light, a cushion for dog or cat, a cat tree, bowls, games (cards, mikados, etc.), slippers, a dryerhair, a television, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a refrigerator, a microwave, and much more. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee, allowing you to travel light.

You will also have access to a private parking lot as well as a free public parking just 250 meters from the accommodation. Pets are welcome here, which makes it an ideal place for families with pets.

Other fascinating destinations such as the Château de Merville, the Jardin des Martels in Giroussens, and La Voie Verte du Canal du Midi are also nearby.

During your stay, don’t miss out on discovering the city’s must-see sites, such as the Jardin des Acrobates and Eva Toulouse at a 10-minute walk, the Parc de la Grande Plaine at 9 minutes by car, as well as the Limayrac wood and the planet trail at 10 minutes. Place du Capitole and the Saint-Sernin basilica are only 30 minutes away.

Toulouse has a passionate relationship with its river, the Garonne. Its sun-drenched brick quays, shaded by plane trees, are lined with beautiful houses. It is one of the favorite places of the Toulousans, who like to meet in the greenery and the animation of the Port de la Daurade, or of the place Saint-Pierre. A beautiful stroll to do absolutely! The Garonne is linked to the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, by the Canal de Brienne. Boat trips, walks and bike rides on the towpaths: treat yourself to some fresh moments.
