Converted from a former retail space with a storefront, this unique apartment is located on the ground floor facing the street. The entrance to the apartment is directly through the storefront. It has no windows, but remains comfortable and functional for a short-term stay.

Emplacement

The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce( Supermarket and Pharmacy). This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
