Emplacement

The 17th arrondissement is located in the north-west of Paris. Paradoxically considered as the most bourgeois district of Paris. It has an excellent quality of life whether it is on safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm. It has a lot of transport and it's only at few minutes from all commerce.
The district of Wagram-Ternes is however much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs Élysées. On the north-east side, is the Batignolles district, which is a mix of old France atmosphere and bobos.
