Located in Chamonix, the house measures 103m², is bright and comprises 4 bedrooms (3 with 140 double beds and 1 with a 160 double bed, which can be converted into 1 or 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (shower only) and a lovely living and dining area where you can relax after a busy day in the great outdoors.
The living area opens out onto a rural, alpine landscape.
This modern, light-filled chalet offers panoramic views of the valley’s glaciers and legendary peaks. The garden leads straight onto Chamonix’s historic ski runs (sledging, snowshoeing and hiking can all be enjoyed directly from the chalet). It is situated in a quiet area, close to the town centre and 10 minutes from the nearest ski resorts.
A car is essential to reach the chalet. You will need to bring special equipment in the event of heavy snowfall (snow tyres or snow chains).
It has high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace.
You’ll have everything you need for a wonderful stay.
The chalet is very well equipped: car park, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, iron and ironing board, washing machine, tumble dryer, fondue set, raclette machine, as well as a crêpe maker and waffle maker.
A cot is also available.

Just a 5-minute drive away, you’ll have excellent public transport links, perfect for exploring the whole resort and the valley! The neighbourhood is very popular with walkers – please don’t hesitate to ask me for recommendations; I’d be delighted to share my favourite spots with you!
The property is professionally cleaned before and after each guest’s stay.

You’ll be provided with a travel card for free travel on the internal train services between Servoz and Vallorcine, and for reduced fares on the Chamonix Bus urban shuttle services (except the Chamo’nuit Bus).

Emplacement

Famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. 10 ski areas make up the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc valley, and many activities are offered (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog-sledding,...). Other touristic places are very appreciated: the Aiguille du Midi, accessible by funicular, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Numerous landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
