The space
The classified studio is located under the eaves on the top 4th floor of the building, right in the heart of the village at the foot of the church (elevator up to the 3rd floor). It is 23 m² and includes:
• A living area with 1 single bed (90 cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm).
• A kitchen area.
• A bathroom with shower and toilet.
• A view of the ski slopes.
For a comfortable stay, the apartment is recommended for 2 adults and 1 child.

Amenities
TV, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven/grill, raclette set, fondue set, hairdryer, and a ski locker in the basement of the building.

Parking
No private parking space.
Public parking is available at the foot of the building (paid or with blue disc). No parking allowed on Monday mornings due to the weekly market.
You can park at the “Salon des Dames” or “Centre du village” car parks at the entrance of the village, about a 7-minute walk away, free outside the winter season.

Known worldwide for its ski area, La Clusaz is a commune of Haute Savoie situated at the foot of the famous Aravis mountain range. The town offers a breathtaking view of the mountains, including the Mont Blanc. Winter and summer, you will be able to recharge your batteries thanks to its nature and its heritage, rich in history. Its ski area is spread over 4 massifs (Balme, Aiguille, Etale and Beauregard), so you can wander around as you wish, on skis or snowboard in winter, but also on foot or by bike in summer.
