The flat is very well located, on the Boulevard de la Croisette, 5 minutes walk from the BEACH and 20 minutes from the Palais des Festivals. It has a 25m2 TERRACE overlooking the SEA which you can enjoy all year round. It has one bedroom and can accommodate up to 4 people.

You can visit the area by walking along the beach, taking a paddle ride on the water or taking a boat trip to Sainte Marguerite Island.
