Logement

Located in Paris, this cozy duplex is perfectly equipped to accommodate a family or a group of friends.

Ground floor:
- Three bedrooms with double beds (140x200). Two bedrooms face the street; the third overlooks the building’s inner courtyard, which houses the building’s trash bins.
- A fully equipped kitchen
- A large living room with a dining table
- A small bathroom with a shower and toilet

Windowless basement accessible via stairs:
- A room with no doors or windows, featuring a closet
- A spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, double sink, macerator toilet, and washing machine.
The ceiling height in the basement is 2.50 meters. Please note that access to the bathroom from the staircase or the bedroom area is somewhat narrow; it is through an opening that is 1.70 meters high and 45 centimeters wide.

You’ll find everything you need for a pleasant stay: a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a high chair, a crib, and more.

The neighborhood is ideal: shops nearby (Monoprix is 5 minutes away, Picard is 4 minutes away), and the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides are a 20-minute walk away. With excellent public transportation access, you’ll be able to easily explore all of Paris.2

The apartment is cleaned before and after each rental.

Please note that construction is currently underway on the street, which may occasionally cause noise disturbances during the day (see photos).

Emplacement

The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
