It is located in a residence with a swimming pool (open in summer), and you can enjoy the terrace on sunny days. The apartment has 1 bedroom and a sleeping area, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people.

Logement

The apartment is warm and welcoming. Fully equipped, it is perfect for a holiday stay. Amenities include: elevator, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, large refrigerator, and TV.

The accommodation offers 5 beds arranged as follows: 4 single beds (including two placed together that can form a double bed: 160x200 cm) and one sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate 2 people (140x190 cm).

The terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, is especially enjoyable during the summer and allows you to dine and relax outdoors. It faces south and offers views of the Dômes de Miage and Mont Joly.

The apartment also includes a ski locker.

Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented. La Conciergerie des Stations will contact you by SMS before your stay to offer this service.

Check-in is scheduled from 5:00 PM, but an earlier arrival may be possible depending on availability upon simple request by SMS to the concierge service.

The swimming pool is open from July 1st to September 6th, from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

There is also a large public parking area around the residence where you will always find available spaces.

The town center can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes, and the thermal baths are located 1.5 km away and are accessible via the shuttle service near the residence.

The apartment is ideally located just 50 meters from the new valley elevator and the new “L’Alpin” gondola lift, allowing easy access to the ski slopes.

Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest stay. Bed linen and towels can be provided for an additional fee.

Emplacement

The area is very nice. You will be close to the shops, the ski shops, the city centre and the ice rink.

Chamonix Mont-Blanc train station is a 30-minute drive away.
Geneva airport is a 1-hour drive away.
