I welcome you in my 32 square meters apartment in the heart of the Pré-Saint-Gervais. It is ideal for a tourist or professional stay and is ideally designed for two people.
You will be close to Paris and the apartment is 30 minutes by transport from the cultural center CENTQUATRE-PARIS.

Logement

Located on 4th floor without elevator, the accommodation is warm and is composed of 1 room with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom and a nice living room to relax after an intense day.

You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Coffee machine, Oven, Iron, Washing machine, Dryer, Equipped kitchen, Refrigerator, Wifi.

You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! You will be 10 minutes walk from the Parc de la Butte du Chapeau Rouge and 15 minutes from the Parc la Villette.

Concerning the famous monuments of Paris, you will be at 35 minutes by metro line 4 from the Sacré Coeur, at 35 minutes by line 5 from the Palais Garnier and the Louvre Museum, at 40 minutes by lines 4 and 5 from the Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral and at 45 minutes by lines 10 and 5 from the Pantheon.

The Eiffel Tower is the emblematic monument of Paris and you will be one hour away by metro lines 9 and 5.

For your shopping, you will have a Carrefour City at 4 minutes on foot and the MONOPRIX LE PRE ST GERVAIS at 5 minutes.
The neighborhood is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!

Pré-Saint-Gervais is a French city located in the department of Seine-Saint-Denis in the Ile-de-France region. It is part of the inner suburbs of Paris. Pré Saint-Gervais is bordered to the north by Pantin, to the east by Pantin and Les Lilas, to the south and west by Paris.
Its surface of 70 hectares makes it the smallest commune of the department of Seine-Saint-Denis.
It is a young and dynamic city, attracting each year new inhabitants in search of a pleasant living environment in the immediate vicinity of Paris.
