Logement
Ideal for your ski holidays with family or friends, the apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds of the following type: 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed (baby bed also available in the apartment). It also has a bathroom with Italian shower (separate toilet), a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed to relax after an intense day.
You will have access to the residence's SWIMMING POOL which is open from June to September, and you can enjoy the BALCONY which gives direct access to the slopes and to a children's garden for the youngest.
You will find at your disposal during your stay: Dishwasher, Washing machine & Dryer, Coffee machine (filter), Refrigerator, vacuum cleaner and 2 TVs.
Sheets and towels are available at an additional cost.
The accommodation is located at 2min walk from a very nice little village shopping center (Pré-long shopping center) where you will find absolutely everything within reach: Sherpa, pharmacy, bakery, delicatessen, tourist office, restaurants, bars, ski school, ski rental. You will also find a nice little cinema and a library!
Restaurants like La Marotte and Eau Petit Pont, will make you discover the local specialities. There is even an excellent restaurant in the residence in front of the swimming pool, l'Equilibre, which will allow you to eat as close as possible!
You can enjoy the mountains and the snow and go cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or sledding. You can also take advantage of the accommodation in the summer, when the resort is appreciated by hikers, cyclists and all for its numerous sports and outdoor activities (mountain biking, rafting, fishing in the Clarée valley, .... )
A professional cleaning will be done before and after each traveler.

Emplacement
The village is located in the heart of the Guisane valley, close to the Ecrins National Park, in the ski area of Serre-Chevalier. You will discover a marvelous landscape during your skiing or hiking sessions, as well as a rich heritage, in particular its Saint Marcellin church.
For the youngest ski lessons, the apartment is located right in front of the Children's Village (Club Piou-Piou) and the start of the Chazelay group lessons.
In the next village, Monêtier-les-Bains, you can enjoy the famous thermal baths. Absolutely essential after a great day of skiing!
Finally, 15 minutes away by car, Briançon will welcome you with its famous Vauban city, its superb landscapes, its restaurants and its casino.

The apartment has a private outdoor parking where you can park 2 cars. You can also park them at the foot of the residence to load and unload your belongings, practical! There is an elevator in the residence so it's easy to transport your luggage.
