Charmant Apartment In Paris

For your next stay, I have the great pleasure to invite you in my charming apartment of 28 square meters, located on the 5th floor without elevator, located in the center of the 17th district of Paris. My accommodation will be suitable for a tourist or professional stay. You will be able to walk in a quiet district and discover the tourist sites which make the fame of the city of lights!

Located in Paris and situated on the 5th floor without an elevator, the apartment is bright, uncluttered and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, a nice kitchen and a beautiful living room to relax after an intense day.
You will have everything at your disposal to have an excellent stay:

A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

The apartment is ideally located near the Parc Clichy-Batignolles - Martin Luther-King (9 min walk).
You will be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings!
The Avenue des Champs-Élysées and the Sacré-Coeur Basilica are 25 minutes away by metro lines 2 and 13, the Louvre Museum is 20 minutes away by metro line 14, the Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral is 30 minutes away by metro line 14 and the Eiffel Tower is 40 minutes away by metro line 13.
You will find many shops nearby such as a LidL and a Casino at 5 minutes walking distance.

The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!

Emplacement

The 17th arrondissement is located in the north-west of Paris, and is considered as the most bourgeois district of Paris. It has an excellent quality of life whether it is on safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm. It has a lot of transport and it's only a few minutes away from all commerce.
The district of Wagram-Ternes is however much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs Élysées. On the north-east side, is the Batignolles district, which is a mix of Parisian and hiptser atmosphere.
