Fully renovated, this 40 sqm apartment combines comfort and practicality, accommodating up to 4 guests. It features two bedrooms with double beds, as well as a bathroom accessible from both bedrooms. A cozy living area allows you to relax after a day of exploring the capital.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, and everything you need to prepare your meals. A washer/dryer is also available for your convenience during your stay.

Located right by Ménilmontant metro station (Line 2), as well as a Vélib’ bike station and taxi stand, the apartment offers an ideal location for discovering Paris. You will be close to many iconic places such as Père-Lachaise Cemetery, Atelier des Lumières, Belleville Park, the Édith Piaf Museum, and the famous Rue Oberkampf with its lively nightlife.

The neighborhood is full of shops, cafés, and restaurants, allowing you to experience the authentic Parisian atmosphere. A local guide will be provided upon arrival with our favorite recommendations.

Please note: a restaurant is located on the ground floor of the building, and the neighborhood can be lively, especially in the evening. Guests who are sensitive to noise may wish to bring earplugs for a more comfortable stay :)

Emplacement

The 11th arrondissement of Paris extends from the places of the Bastille to the Nation and the Republic squares. Far from being uniform, it is homogeneous in the idea that it is a lively district, full of bars and restaurants, where there is much to experiment.
The Bastille district is particularly lively, with numerous shopping districts, offices, colleges, hospitals as well as the Gare de Lyon which drains a continuous stream of travelers to the center.
