The apartment is decorated with care and is very cool in summer, so it's nice to live there!
It is also accessible for people with reduced mobility, as there are no stairs, everything is on the same level. Very well appointed, it includes:
a bedroom with a very large parental bed (200x190); another bedroom with three single beds (90x200 one of which is a drawer bed); a bedroom with a single bed (90x190); a bathroom; a well-equipped kitchen; and a beautiful living room area.
In addition, you will be able to take advantage of the beautiful TERRACE with trees and furniture with a large table to have your meals or aperitifs quietly!

In order to make your stay comfortable, you will have at your disposal: an Office ideal for teleworking with a computer screen fixed on the wall, Parking, Wi-Fi, two televisions, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Heating, Bed linen, Towel, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
Cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

The advantage of the accommodation is its ideal location! It is located in a quiet area and 23 minutes from downtown.
Also, all amenities are nearby: various bars, restaurants, shops... For your daily shopping, you will find "MONOPRIX AUTEUIL" at 2 minutes on foot.
You will also be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings.

During your vacations, you will have the opportunity to visit the tourist sites which make the fame of the French Capital. The location of the accommodation will be an asset to visit :

Emplacement

The 16th arrondissement of Paris is located on the right bank of the Seine, west of the city.
The district is mainly residential but nevertheless visited by tourists for its many museums and its remarkable places like the Trocadéro or the Bois de Boulogne. It has the largest number of embassies and consulates in Paris, as well as world-famous sports facilities such as the Parc des Princes and Roland Garros stadium. Counting the hundreds of hectares of the Bois de Boulogne, the 16th arrondissement is the greenest in the capital.
