Dynamic neighborhood. An Intermarché is less than two minutes walk away, all the local shops are present and a very nice market every Sunday.
The building is facing the Port of La Pallice.

A must-see destination, La Rochelle has many assets to charm its visitors. A port city par excellence with its four ports, the Cité Blanche bewitches all those who look at the sun-drenched white stone in which the buildings are built. The ocean, omnipresent, imposes itself as the symbol of the city, sweeping the nostrils of visitors with its spray. The old stones also have their say in this landscape bordered by the Atlantic Ocean where low coasts, sheer cliffs and sandy coasts alternate.
