- two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed ;

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and its location near many shops, restaurants and parks for children.

The apartment is located near the subway lines 6, 8 and 10.
You will find a supermarket "Carrefour City" at 3 minutes on foot for your small daily purchases.

A good address to advise you: the Restaurant "Végé" in the Rue du Théâtre and the French traditional Restaurant « le café du commerce » opposite the apartment.

Emplacement

The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.
