One of the apartment's assets is its location. It's opposite the Aiguille du Midi cable car and close to the bus station, restaurants and shops. The building is on a square where you'll find a mini-market, a chemist's, a sports and ski rental store (where you'll get a 20% discount), a tobacconist's, a newsagent's, and so on.

Emplacement

A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than just a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic, lively town center and a host of activities on offer in winter and summer alike (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at 3800m, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.

Transports

The accommodation is accessible by the Mont Blanc Express train, and the "Aiguille du Midi" stop is the nearest (5-minute walk).
The Chamonix Sud bus stop is also just a few meters away. It takes 15 minutes to get to the slopes of the different ski areas: Brévent Flégère, Les Houches, Le Tour, Les Grands Montets, etc.
