This apartment has been recently renovated!

Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, it comprises:
- one bedroom with two single beds ;
- a functional shower room ;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- a dining room with table and chairs ;
- and a living room with a new convertible sofa (BZ 160 x200).

You'll particularly appreciate the balcony and view.

For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: wall-mounted TV with swivel arm, fan, Rosières dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, new fridge-freezer, filter coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

Please note that there is a guide booklet in the accommodation.
Although no private parking is available, parking is easy.

You'll be staying in a quiet residence. The city center is a 10-minute drive away.
So you can discover many of Fleury's famous sites.

The region is close to Spain. It's beautiful, sunny and wooded!

Emplacement

Fleury is a seaside commune covering more than 5,000 hectares and comprising three village entities: the winegrowing village of Fleury, the seaside resort of Saint Pierre la Mer and the fishing and yachting port of Les Cabanes de Fleury. The commune offers a wide variety of landscapes: 3,000 hectares of garrigue, 6 kilometers of sandy beaches and the River Aude, which crosses the territory for 9 km before flowing into the Mediterranean, 1,000 hectares of vineyards, 1,000 hectares of marshes, ponds and wetlands. An ideal destination whatever the season!
