Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor without a lift, this flat offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. It comprises:
- a bedroom equipped with a double bed,
- a functional, fully-equipped kitchen,
- a modern shower room,
- and a lounge area with a sofa where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The flat has been recently refurbished and is designed to create a warm and bright atmosphere, thanks to its south-westerly aspect. The sofa bed is as comfortable as a real bed, ensuring a good night's sleep.

You will have access to all the amenities you need for a perfect stay, such as a wifi connection, a hairdryer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, an iron, a fridge, a fan and so on. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so you don't have to worry about them.

The location of the flat is ideal, in the 11ᵉ arrondissement, with the Charonne metro station (line 9) located just below the building.
For your daily shopping, a "Franprix" supermarket is just a minute's walk away.

During your stay, you'll have the chance to discover the city's must-see sites, such as the Atelier des Lumières and Père Lachaise cemetery.

Line 9 of the metro will also take you quickly to iconic locations such as Opéra, Chaussée d'Antin-Lafayette and Trocadéro.
Place de la Bastille can also be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes. The area is lively and charming, with many bars, restaurants and shops in the Rue de Charonne and Rue Léon Frot, as well as close to Bastille.

Emplacement

The 11th arrondissement of Paris extends from the places of the Bastille to the Nation and the Republic squares. Far from being uniform, it is homogeneous in the idea that it is a lively district, full of bars and restaurants, where there is much to experiment.
The Bastille district is particularly lively, with numerous shopping districts, offices, colleges, hospitals as well as the Gare de Lyon which drains a continuous stream of travelers to the center.
