The apartment is located in the heart of the Bastide district, home to lively bars and to the trendy cultural complex of "Darwin" housed in renovated warehouses, and draws crowds with its film festivals, ephemeral bars, restaurants and concert halls.

There's a streetcar stop right across the street for the city center.

A variety of shops are nearby. For bread lovers, I recommend “Boulangerie Artisanale Le Labo”, just 300 m from the accommodation as well as the local market on Thursdays.

Emplacement

The Bastide district is a former industrial district that knows an economic renewal thanks to various developments. Facing the Garonne and the Stock Exchange Place, you will discover the former Orléans station, which now houses a large cinema. Nearby the European University of Management and a few steps away the Riversides Park and the Botanical Garden offer a large green space. This new walking area offers a view of the Tourny facade built along the quays on the left bank. The Bastide is also characterized by its architectural charm, in particular with the bell tower of the church of Sainte Marie of the Bastide and the Cantonal House, an architectural work from the 1930s. It will be possible to reach the city centre easily by tram or the Jacques Chaban-Delmas bridge.
