- a small, cozy balcony, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco.
- a shared swimming pool (open from June to September).

The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: fridge, Wi-Fi, balcony, TV, hairdryer, Senseo coffee machine, microwave, oven, fan, iron, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Its location is ideal, in a peaceful residence with greenery, quiet and without nighttime noise.
