Located in Montreuil, the apartment is close to the 20th arrondissement of Paris. The 20ᵉ arrondissement helps create a lively, bustling, popular and friendly neighborhood. It is characterized in particular by a very large number of theaters and café-theaters. You'll find everything from punk rock to ethnic music, especially in the vicinity of Bagnolet, south of the cemetery, and Ménilmontant, around the hill and avenue of the same name. The district's main tourist attraction is the Père Lachaise cemetery.
