- In the heart of the city center, with a paid car park 50 meters away and a free car park 300 meters away;
- Very close to the Cours Lafayette and its market, close to the port, restaurants, halls, bars, shops, galleries, less than 5 minutes walk;
- Train station 5 minutes on foot, bus at the foot of the building, parking nearby;
- Beaches of Mourillon 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus;
- Pier for sea shuttles 5 minutes on foot, to the islands of Porquerolles (1 hour 15 minutes away) or the beach of Les Sablettes (20 minutes away).
